got so lazy so only 2-3 times a week, short training period maybe 15-30mins but i just do biceps and triceps to keep in shape(only 25lbs). before summer it was every other day but same amount :/ not good to do it everyday, professionals don't recommend it.

i do the push ups where your body is flat on a level plan and you don't use your legs because 1 hands are so damn easy. lately I've been working on cardio starting with an endurance run 20 mins then sprint a quater on the treadmill then sprint a mile on it set to ten. everytime i work out i smell like all the bad stuff i ate.

I used to workout six days a week, but now I suppose you could say I workout five days in a sadisticly hot factory, hefting about, welding and grinding parts for military vehicles. After eight hours sweating my arse off doing that crap. I'm too tired do a real workout.....
