well i used to work out for at least 40 minutes a every few days.. but forsome reason i stopped.. i reallly need to start exercising again caause iv have gained a few pound D': .... but every once in a while i will decide to start exerciseing again but i overdo it and then dont get back to it for another few weeks :S



My Exercise: Walk 2 steps then drop dead.

every day i walk to collage and that like 6 miles a way cont rilly say no to 2-3 hour walk

If just sitting on the computer while eating cornflakes, aching my tummy on purpose by surfing the net laughing at stupid shit that's roaming around is considered as exercise, then yes, always. 8D

I train for tennis at least five days a week (usually 7) for about 3-6 hours on a weekday, 5-12 hours on a weekend. It's also pretty rare to see me sitting down during these long sessions as well. But, that's the price you pay for having unreasonably high aspirations.

I walk....the norm. And sleep all day and sit on the couch all day. And I'm still skinny. A nice workout i say!
