I go to the gym just about every day after school, but sometimes I get lazy and end up going home to nap instead. :p

I exercise everyday unless I am too drunk for my nightly run. I run two miles every morning, except I am starting to do 3 on sundays. At night I run a mile, and every other night, during the mile run I sprint for 60 seconds then jog for 60 seconds. Pant and repeat.
