Well, lets see i have to get up a lot to grab the tv remote, quite a tough workout, im pretty ripped, id say 5-6 times a day;)

I workout at the gym 3 days a week for about 2 hours each go.

- Treadmill warm up that hits my calves.
- Stretching.
- 2 sets of 12-15 repetitions of 5 different leg workouts.
- 2 sets of 12-15 repetitions of 3 Different Back/Shoulder-Oriented workouts.
- 2 Sets of 12-15 repetitions of 2 different arm workouts.
- 80 Rounds of some crazy shit with a weighted ball I can't even describe. Which targets the abs.
- 40 Sit ups with that same weighted ball.
- 1 set of 12-15 repetitions on an ab weight lifting machine.

If it ever goes too easily, I simply increase the weight of any given workout by 5 pounds the next day I'm in. I only go on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday's.

Every other day, about 30 minutesor so. Mostly push-ups, sit ups, curls, squats; anything I can do at home, really.

Everyday ^^ I have dance every other day, marching band everyother day in fall, cross country everyday as well as tennis and diving, also in fall, i swim everyday and go to dance every other day during winter, during spring i have dance every other day and track everyday, summer i have dance, swimming, tennis, running, and diving spread out during the season ^^;;

I guess if you total it up it would be 6 hours spread out through 5-6 days a week on average.

umm 7 days a week... Weekdays is like 3-5 hours working out.
weekends i spend 30 min-2 hours.

Lots of tennis keeps me in shape. Occasional rollerblading and hitting the gym, I'd say 3 -5 times a week.

^lmao i for one have some bad eating habits (got one hell of a sweet tooth)
