About 6 days a week, 2 days weight training, 1 day TRX, and the other 3 days I run 7-11 miles each.

2-3 days of playing basketball. Just make sure my whole shirt is soak in sweat. That means I did a lot.
3-4 days of 30-45 mins of weightlifting.

i currently work out 6 days a week- 4 days of running and lifting, 1 day of aerobics, 1 day volleyball, 1 day rest. used to be 205 now 153 and a lot more muscle.

usually whenever i can that's convenient. that's about 1-3 days a week for me. sometimes i get really serious motivation and do it everyday.

I workout 6 days a week. 2 days of pumping iron, 2 days of cardio and dunbell exercises, and 2 days of running. (Not all in that order) I work out about a hour to an hour and a half a day. I used to workout for 2 and a half hours, but I cut back.

Lately my schedule has made it REALLY hard to squeeze working out in. I try to at LEAST get once a week in, and I'm trying to build on that.
I play Just Dance 3 to get my exercise in. Some of those songs REALLY get you sweating, and it's a lot of fun!

It really depends. I work and everything and i'm going to college. So i walk and do something, then i also love enjoying to long board. So i don't neccasarilly work out. But i'd say i do something active everyday for an hour or more.

I used to never do it but I'm trying to get in descent shape so I started.
I do 3-4 times a week like 30 minutes to an hour for each time and it's mostly weights. Then I do some walking for 2 or 3 miles on a nature path when the opportunity arises.
Still ... I'd never want to become a gym whore or an exercise freak. Just want to lose weight and be healthier not to get ripped. Just not that kind of guy nor would I want to be.
