Ha ha, if Dance Dance Revolution counts, then I exercise every day for 30-60 minutes.

Good thing is I do it on mostly Heavy now as my stamina finally came back.

I like to walk, too.

Whenever I'm not lazy...which is not often. The most I've ever worked out in a week (not counting my daily 20-minute walks) was 4 days. Recently, I've been doing 1 or 2 days. Super lazy. I've gone some other weeks without working out at all.

I usually spend at least 1-2 hours every day exercising, whether it's running a few miles or going down to the lake and swimming a few laps at the beach.

It helps alleviate some stress and makes me sleep better at night, on top of keeping me healthy.

Hm well it varies, my work requires me to work out consantly and keep fit.
I normally cheat but just going freestyle swimming for anywhere from 45 min. to an hour.
But I run 5 miles at least ever week or twice a week, then make it a point to have done over 200 push ups (broken down) every three days.
Crunches are the only thing I do on a daily basis, but I only push out as much as I can in two minutes.
Other than that I just walk around a lot or play some soccer or raquetball. I hate staying still for too long.

I take walks 5 days a week. There's nothing much you can really do when you're 15. I recently got a treadmill that I'm excited to use.
