Use to be 6 days a week. Last week I injured my knee so now it's 3 days a week until I can get the results back from the X-rays.

I like the 7 day recuperation period, but I can't remember to workout if I only do it once a week, so I do it every other day by splitting upper body and lower body into two groups each: pulling muscles / pushing muscles. Gives me a total of 4 days a week, but aside from squat-day, I get it all done in less than 20mins right before I was going to shower anyway, so it's not much of a time investment.

The rewards are ample, mainly in that women actually try to talk to me. Before I started lifting, that never happened. As for anyone who thinks people should love us for our minds, give me a break, nobody wants to have sex with your brain, it's flaccid, squishy and covered in slime.....

I used to train at least 5 to 6 days a week when I was actively involved in both Olympic Weightlifting and Pro Wrestling. I no longer train due to injuries. But I still make an effort to some weight training and cardio 2 days a week. Depending on how I'm feeling.

5-6 times a week. I train for triathlons so I alternate between running, swimming, and biking.

Keeping fit is good. Some people say it delays aging.

One thing is for sure, keeping fit keeps sickness away. I rarely ever get sick.

I used to work out A LOT, but then I got into a serious relationship and just got really distracted ha ha. Just started back up again. Two hours of routines that build muscle in the morning and then one hour of running at night.

I try to work out when i have the energy. i work 10 hour shifts 4 days a week. I dont get tired from work, but at times i just couldnt be bother to exhaust myself out.

I do my best to take our husky out for running so she can stretch her legs and run in the wild like shes meant to be.

Four to five times a week. I love it and i try to change it up so i dont get bored. Thevonly thing i refuse to do is run so mostly i bike. Currently i bike eight miles a day but im building up to ten. I also like to lift weights. It burns more calories so i do it after biking.

I go rock wall climbing for about 5 hours a day, 4 times a week. Fun and probably the best core workout you can get, especially with lead climbing and bouldering.

I need to start working out again, but i dont get home till 6. at that point im waaay to tired. uhg, vicious cycle.
