I go to the gym now and again, haven't been there in about 2-3 weeks though, my subscription went out, and you gotta have like billions of god damn cash$ to be able to pay that toll -__- Joke, but it is expensive, am going to get it up soon, i did work out every week for about 1-2 hours

It depends. I use to exercise in the morning on mondays and wednesdays, and then in the afternoon on tuesdays and thursdays. But I'm an oversleeper, so I've been exercising at night. Usually, on tuesdays and thursdays i'll walk my dog outside for an hour, then run some stairs for another hour. If i'm sitting, I'll probably get a dumb bell and use it as I am browsing the net. If I'm washing dishes, I'll probably shake my ass like a tahitian dancer, (I was in a Polynesian dance club in high school for one year,) and if Im just walking around the house, I'll make it an interesting walk and pretend I'm Michael Jackson or a horse. I also play Dance Central. Sometimes I'll play for 2-3 hours, because I tend to do the workouts then play the story mode. And I have this mentality in story modes where I must defeat the boss at all costs. xD

For 2 weeks ago I had my firs gym class since 6-7 years ago, haha. I don't exercise really, but I've recently tried to atleast exercise once a week.. Thats not going so well, haha.

Plus I lift a crap ton of heavy boxes at work all week. : D |
