I used to workout 6 days a week, now that I lift a lot heavier than before, I go 3 times a week to the gym, and the 3 days of heavy bag work with running

im one of dose dat eat loads but nv gain much weight.. so i dun usually bother wid exercise. but i walk ard alot n climb e stairs whenever i can.

mostly 4 days a week and i do puch ups(in a lot of ways u can even imagen)9 , crunches, sreaching, jumping, kicking, runing, sparring,and a lot more that i cant say becase i dont remember lol

during the week, i live offshore and theres nothing else to do after work but go to the gym, so 2 hours a night 5 days a week, and on weekends, none cause im always drunk as hell ;D right now im hungover as shit cause i forgot to drink water when i got home ;s

every-other-day (ex: on monday but not on tuesday) in only about 1hr and sometimes i do it 3 times on saturday, at 8am, 3pm and 6pm if im free. i only do light exercises, bench press, arm curls, a little sit ups and some jogging.

oh and a little tip for those who are busy at work, its advisable to take brief stretching exercises (only stretching and its not advisable to get all sweaty) while your at office it will only take you about 10min, and at least you wont be cooked up just sitting at your desk. and make sure your alone while doing exercise cuz your co-workers might think your crazy lol.
