im a fitness instructor so i kinda workout about an hour and ahalf before my shift starts and an hour after it finishes lol
i'm kind of a fitness freak thats obsessed with muscle

I work at least an hour everyday (sometimes more) at my apt. complex's gym. I do like 15 min. of cardio and then switch to 30 min. doing upperbody like weights and then back to jogging and more cardio for the last 15 min. But I like to switch it up sometimes too.

Once a year. No, erm. I exercise like once a month.

When I was in middle school and had to take p.e. every year (required in my school system) that was like 2 hours of exercise everyday?

Ehh, oh well. I'm not fat. Just unfit. Meaning if someone were to chase after me, I would run hella slow. LOL.

Not often, but I'm determined to workout more when summer holidays come along. Need to lose some weight. Urgh.

I can't do the whole jogging thing. I find it so tedious. Swimming is the only thing I enjoy...which is good, since swimming burns fat like crazy. Apparently.

Did anyone tell you it doesn't matter how MANY times you work out, but how efficient you work outs are?
A person working out once every 9 days efficiently can be much more fit than someone who works out every single day.
P.S. I probably work out about 2-3 times a week (in the gym). I work out at home sometimes too.

thats not true working out once every nine days wont do anything for you. you should work out at least an hour 3 to 5 times a week. I know this for a fact because my job requires me to keep myself in very god physical condition

There are alot of factors that are argued when it comes to "working out". So my perspective might be different from yours. Let me explain:
When I meant that working out less than you normally do is more efficient, I meant that for people who hit a "muscle/cardio plateau" (those who work out daily, but really don't know how to work out properly). I use to work out every day and I hit that plateau and got nowhere. Once I tried working less and becoming more efficient in my workouts I got incredible results and increased the weight I used considerably. (note my previous post I mentioned EFFICIENTLY, so it would actually do something).
What job are you doing may I ask?
