I dont think there would be a seacond season.
Its similar to other anime the ending left open ended

basically it means if you think that season 1 satisfied you and you think you won't need to watch season 2, then you would say yes (i think), and if you still want more nogizaka haruka then basically you would say no (i think ^.^")

hmmm i thought there was an OVA for this is what i heard talking about it but when i researched there wasn't anything about an OVA well either way i hope there would be a second season it ended to vague as someone commented earlier and there are lots of questions being asked,... well a second season at least comes after a year of release of the first one!!!
