No, but I find it irritating to find people on the internet that have huge egos, and think they're better than anybody. They also think they can degrade you just because of your own opinion, which is ridiculous.

Yes, I would say I have... except I think for cyber bullying to be truly effective one must develop a kind of trust between somebody they meet online and then realize that that person is not as nice as they originaly seemed to be.
There was a girl who ended up commiting suicide after a boy online (who had been her "friend" and correspondance for five previous months) told her she was worthless and the world would be much better without her. Turned out the "boy" was actually the mother of another girl who went to school with this person and the mom wanted to hurt the girl because her daughter had an issue with her or something. The mom pretended to be a kind and compassionate boy to get close to this troubled child and then tear her apart.
So I would say that there is a big difference between cyber bickering and true cyber bullying

Btw, cyber bullying is usually done through email and can include an anonymous somebody who proves they know personal things about you sending you death threats or harrassing messages and such. It can actually become very serious in these type of circumstances.
