No, just the only person who somehow thought that was important.

But it is important because only girls and politicians think that gaming corrupts your mind and that's just because they don't want ot blame themselves.

You sir, are the most ignorant person I have talked to today.

That sir, means that you must talk to many people in a day. Because it is more likely that a childs behavioral patterns form before they are capable of playing video games and therefore games are just an add-on to an already fucked up kid. That's why mothers hate the gaming industry, because it's impossible to blame it for their child's bad behavior. Just like politicians blame it on games because they can't control the teen population that was raised improperly and know that they would lose votes if they blamed the families and turn to the "Evil gaming industry". So ha!!!!!!!!!!!!

The point I was making was your stupid for saying only girls and politicians think that. Parents, guys, everybody except gamers almost think that. Yes, a child's behavioral patterns are formed from what they take in before they are even 3, but more then just "girls and politicians" try to blame video games for bad parenting.
"That sir, means that you must talk to many people in a day. "
You...just...called yourself really ignorant.........................................................

Actually i did not call myself ignorant, i forgot the word "Not", you see, i was holding multiple arguments at that moment and couldn't be bothered to check what was or was not included. What was intended to be said was that you lack a social life because you obviously can't speak to too many people in a day and find me to be the most ignorant one. Most guys are gamers, name one guy who has never played a single video game. Name one, one rule is it CANNOT be someone who cannot play games, it has to be someone who has the option available to them. And as such, any man who can straight-facedly say that they are not a hypocrite can't be a gamer and blame games for todays violent society.

I can name some, but I fail to see how that will prove anything seeing as you will never be able to meet somebody. Do you honestly think your getting somewhere here with your stupid rhetorical questions? If so, then LOL.

Jokes on you, i didn't ask a question in that one so ha! The only question that i asked was specifically made to be answered.

If that question wasn't rhetorical then your WAY dumber then I thought. Your asking me to name a person I know, that you have no clue who they are, and will never meet, or even know they exist beyond what I have said about them? Figure out whats wrong with that yourself...

You should really check my punctuation, that wasn't a question. The only question that i asked was:

That's right, but you made a statement in which you expected a response, so while you weren't ASKING me to do something, you were telling me to do something, and receive feedback. So, unless you think your ordering me around, you were still asking me to do something. Like,

"Go get that book over there."

;)

Not quite, it could have been a rhetorical command as well, such as "Kiss my ass."

They don't have a smiley equivalent for "Touche" so just imagine one yourself.

Yes I know, the questions sounds lame ....But it is one of my concerns in gaming itself.

Plz reply the qusestions back..

1. Yes

2. No game has influnced my thinking. ( Maybe its because I started watching horror movies by 7...that's not a good thing to be proud about ).

3. N/A.

4. Well, well the violence is what makes the game fun but some games could tone it down a bit.

5. It's a bit of both.

6. The answer is Yes and No. Well it depends on the personality of the gamers and how they were raised.

7. Nope. Its exactly the same thing. Unfortunately we live in a society that thinks otherwise.

I don't think its lame. I think its good that you were thoughtful enough to ask these questions. At some point parents will have to face the fact as much as the gaming industry has a responisibilty to make wholesome games, they too have to teach their kids right from wrong.

1. yes lol
2. no
3. N/A
4. Neither, its just a game, some guy has an idea, he makes it a reality, you cant really promote violence
5. Depends on the character
6. no, definitely not
7. Can be, then again, cannot

games are just games, at the end of the day, who you are is who you are, you cant really be influenced by games

1.Have you EVER played a violent game?
Who hasn't?

2.If yes, has this influence the kind of person you are?
not really, no. I play games to separate from the "real world"

3.If yes, then how?
Hasn't >.>

4.Did you feel that the game(s) showed violence as good or bad?
Depends on the game, mostly it is used as a means of getting what the protagonist wants, so probably good.

5.Was the role (of the character) to uphold good values or play a violent/killing or criminal/theft role?
Also depends on the game, and overall it's spread half-and-half. Even a game like GTA can have you use your violent nature to make yourself better and improve the world around you (ok, I got carried away )

6.Do you think that playing violent games can cause young gamers to be aggressive themselves?Yes or No?
Definitely, some things I've heard are scary, but there is more than one definition of "young", and the physical age doesn't necessarily matter)

7.Do you think that playing violent games is any WORSE than watching violent TV, Anime or films?
In a way, but in a game the most violent and graphic moments are carried through cutscenes, so not THAT much of a difference.
