That's true, it happened a couple years ago. When the fans heard about that, during a performance Jaejung apologized to the fans. Telling them that he was sorry and that it won't happen again.

that was like last 2005 when he was caught in DUI....he said sorry to his fans during their Rising Sun Performance...

and about the other accident...it was really an accident the driver made...i think two of the driver died or something...but it wasn't because of DUI.......

awww I didn't know that. I'm just glad nothing happened to him and that he didn't hurt himself or someone else. He is a human being like everyone else so it doesn't surprise me but I hope he doesn't do something like that again for his own and others safety
