the manga is usually further then the anime, but mainly the ones that are online. buying them is sorta hard cause not all the stores would really have them. only buying them online would be nice, but sometimes, pricey cause of the shipping prices.

Yup. Its kind of annoying to be dedicated to an anime to suddenly find out that for a couple months, all we're going to be seeing is stuff not related to the real story. With Bleach, it was overly annoying.

No. Fillers do not affect the actual story. I'd say the creative directer would be the one that puts them in. The Bleach filler was basicially a side story 'bout how there were Vampires that were created by Soul Society. It was in the anime but wasn't in the manga; the manga is way past the anime.

some manga aren't made into animes, some really awsome ones at that (pretty face, gacha gacha, katsu, open sesame, etc..) so i like to watch anime and read the manga, and also the manga is usally better i.e. love hina.

Usually mangas contain more smaller stories and details than the anime. It lasts longer the anime, usually. If you don't have a video player handy, you can keep a manga book to keep you company. Also...if you were in the mood to read a graphic novel or book then it's usually better most american comics....well...at my point of view. Don't get me wrong though, some american graphic novels/ comics are good.
