Simply because you kiss another being of the same gender does not make you bisexual -- you have to run the entire marathon for that rightful title which most people are not willing to do. So get a life, yeah?

There are many bisexual women who don't "run the entire marathon" as you put it, just as there are bisexual men who don't "run the entire marathon". You do realize that there are straight women who will never have vaginal sex, and gay men who will never perform anal sex?

Learn something about sexuality before you start judging people, yeah?

Quite true, there are those who simply half ass things and I most certainly am not in a position to judge others for the judge upon man is nothing but a judge upon himself. However! What I have stated previously was upon my observation of the majority of the younger females -- after all the forum was started by a fourteen year old and I must say that due to a personal bias [now don't get foul on me for saying that since I'm sure you have your bias views as well] I am quite leery on whether or not to believe that she is actually bisexual or simply starting a topic to become popular. Your given point can also be converted to a different scenerio, so lets stick with what I already put into metaphoric terms. Running a half marathon of 13 miles is still not the same as running a full 26 mile marathon. You can say that you've ran it, however, it's still not the same.

Sexuality cannot be stately defined by predestined termonology for every human being differs to a slight extent. Some may consider to be bisexual, however, you must consider the various playing factors and current stance on the situation which more likely than not, the individual doesn't even know themselves. Most people go through that 'exploration' phase, being bisexual would be in their current present, but not in their future present as we both know, humans have the strong tendency to morph and be hypocritical.

But please, if you believe yourself to be holder of the vast knowledge on human sexuality, do relay!

Like I said, why the need to judge? Instead of trying to figure out whether or not someone really is a bisexual, why don't you--I don't know--walk away and do something else? Or just ignore it? Is it really that bad? Eventually, a person who is not really bisexual will figure it out and move on. Just as a person will figure out whether or not they can really finish that marathon.

The point isn't whether or not they can finish the marathon--it's whether or not they are runners. So a person who runs 13 miles is still a runner, just as a person who runs 26 miles is still a runner. Just like a bisexual girl who only feels comfortable kissing, rubbing, etc., but having vaginal sex with a man, could be considered bisexual.

Younger girls? I don't know. You can't discount the exploration phase, and maybe these girls mean to say that they are "bicurious." At any rate, I think we're putting to much effort into trying to figure out everyone's motives instead of just living our own lives.

But, like already said, it's quite popular to claim that one is gay nowadays... especially girls like to pull that trick because guys like it.

Those idiot girls would NEVER establish a REAL relationship with another female and go through all the problems this might cause - family's reactions, friends' reactions, etc... I'm pretty sure they wouldn't like being "marked as a real bisexual".

oh gosh fake girls like that make me wanna puke lol

But well... I'm straight but I have no problem with (real) bisexuals or homosexuals. actually some of my best friends are homosexuals. so yeah... whatever floats your boat, heh

I get that, but there are bicurious people (a la Katy Perry, etc.) who enjoy kissing other girls/making out with other girls who might feel more comfortable, in the long run, dating and being with men in general.

yeah and there is nothing wrong with that

But there are lots of girls who just pretend to be bisexual or turned on by a woman in order to get attention... I'm pretty that more than some of them are not really into girls ;)

it's okay to be curious and try something new... but that's not really being bisexual, I think. I'd call that adventurous ... for lack of better word in english lol

and about that person who wrote something about bisexuals being indecisive... we're not talking about choosing a color for your living room there just are people out there who find love with both men and women and that has nothing to do with not knowing what you want.

I guess there are people who do this, but I often find the legitimacy of it challenged when it's girls, versus when it's guys. There are attention seeking men as well who participate in this type of behaviour, yet I never see the same level of hate for it.

In the community, I know there is a lot of distrust among lesbians for bisexual women, because there is the implication that bisexual women have the capability to "go back" to men, whatever that means.

Snippy? no sweetie, I was being extremely nice as a matter of fact. Your assumptions is full of nonsense, but then again, i just realized that I'm talking to someone who is not yet to be legalized as an adult, so your whole statement now, is a good laugh.

Nicely put above.

^________^
Looks like I'm not the only one making horrifyingly detestable assumptions then! Quite the contrary, the American legal system considers me to be the responsible adult now, though, if that is your true age -- I most second guess the level of your maturity engaging into a wasteful conversation with someone whom you don't even consider to be a legal adult yet over a misinterpretation of words on your behalf.

Tut tut. I hope you're doing this purely for the lulz, I can at least give you that much credit.

A friend of mine is a lesbian and she once said that she wouldn't want a relationship with a bisexual because the danger of her just being... well, "confused" or "adventurous" would be too high. but I can't really know why lesbians often dislike them...

and you're right, there are men like that as well.but sadly that is just another part of life where men get away with behaviour that women get frowned upon for. in many many countries being open about ones sexuality seems to be a thing that is only okay for men to do. it's stupid, really.

Yeah. I'm of the mind that girls and boys should be able to do what they want when their naughty bits are concerned, but unfortunately, there's a lot of judging going around.

At the same time, I know there are a lot of things I'll never really have to face as a (mostly) straight person who won't be discriminated against, so maybe there is room for suspicion.

If your opening statement is held to be your truth, then I can't figure out why you are so hot and bothered by me dishing out my blunt view.

Surely you can't discount the exploration phase, but the intentions behind such acts make or break the line of a belief, do they not? They may be what they claim to be -- but to what extent and with what intensity? Personally, I myself am bisexual and I've encountered females who claim to be so as well, but would later confess that they would never do certain actions. I wouldn't consider them to be bisexuals, rather, they're just having little flings on the side. We have a sexual preference [you can't have sex without sexual preference] due to the fact that it is a deep rooted instinct to procreate fertile offspring to keep the species in continuation -- homosexual couples go through lengths in order to have a child of their own as well. Of course, one can override such instincts, but the point is, they are never the less still present.

Though, can you honestly deny the fact that most young ones have the tendency to blindly follow the latest trendy fads? Whatever they see portrayed in front of them, they are quick to absorb into their own life style, whether or not they actually have a legit reason for doing so beside "well, my friends are doing it, they say it's hot .. so I would like to do it as well for social acceptance."

Female bisexuals is the new black.

If you're bisexual and you're pissed off that you're finding all these "fake bisexuals" then maybe you should either stop dating, or change your venue, because really, I've come across many "real bisexuals" who don't spend their time pretending, or meeting other girls who are two worried about "fake bisexuals" to have a good time.

Anyway, sexuality runs the gamut between mostly heterosexual and mostly homosexual. Some girls like exploring their sexuality with other girls. This is not a new phenomenon.

Your last comment is so ridiculous I can't even think of a coherent reply to it, so I'll just end it at that.

I don't think that it is generally bisexual, I think that those people generally wish to be a member of the opposite sex. Which could mean that they are gay, not bi, bi, or still hetero (a guy who dresses up as a girl and wants to date a girl or vice versa). There are all types in the world so basically it is what ever floats your boat. Basically, they could be bi or not. Does this help?

I simply adore how you react to a response that has been littered throughout this topic with such arrogance only because it was spoken bluntly but accept the others since they go through the measures of clearly disclaiming open ended interpretations with a soft tone.

Meow~!
I don't see Anything wrong with being Bisexual...
Its their preference...
And about religion, I don't think God would punish you because you like people of the same gender...
even though I'm not Bi, I have friends who are Bi...
And they are the people who understand more about other people (if you get what i mean, they are much more smart)
But seriously, NOTHING is wrong with being Bi...
And God won't punish you (I'm God-fearing)
Unless God is some bored person Who laughs every time You fall
meow~!
