I would hightly recommend Sket Dance. It seems like a toned down rip-off of Gintama at first, but it develops well on it's own and it's very enjoyable. Even the humor caught me off guard, making Sket Dance the second anime to ever make me actually bust into tears. Sadly.. I went through the some 60 episodes in two weeks and now have to wait each week for the new episodes. But it's worth it.
Other anime with bits of good craziness (even if they don't make you LOL)..
