^Hi kitecross. The duration of the non-disclosure agreement may have to depend upon the terms in the said agreement. If it's not stated in the contract, the duration may depend on the provisions of the law governing your state/country (which I'm not familiar with. I'm from Asia btw) regarding contracts..
As to user agreements, these are usually rules or guidelines that govern a certain application, service, website, etc. it usually provides rules as to the use of the service, privacy, copyright issues, etc.. It's likewise for the protection of the user against harassment, infrIngement of privacy, stuff like that. On the other hand, it's also something that's necessary for the service, website, etc, or some sort of self-regulation so that it can prevent getting in trouble with the government.. |
