Detective Conan - there are far better detective animes, that AREN'T boring as hell
Astro Boy - just plain don't get the appeal of it
Dragonball - I've tried to watch it on several occasions because I feel sort of obligated to being an anime fan but I just can't do it

Shugo Chara definitely. I would have watched the rest of the episodes but it was just too soft and girly. It's funny though but not too funny to outweigh it's other characteristics.
