Not at all, because it's just the other person's opinion.
That's what he/she is seeing, so I just have to deal with it so that he/she would no longer give spiteful 'no offense' statements.

That is, of course, when he/she is not blind or visually impaired.

Sometimes something pops out of your mouth during conversation that may not be considered politically correct by all the people participating. Saying 'No offense' to the person who may have been offended can show that you didn't mean to say it like that, or some such thing. But you do have to mean it.

I usually say it as a sarcastic pre-remark, commonly to very, very rude people

e.g. "No offense, but I think your brain needs an overhaul."

The person is just stating his opinion, if it offends you, then it's your problem
at least saying "No offence", he's trying to show no harm, and hes not being totally direct

agreed

I don't find anything wrong with it.. at least it seems like the person don't really
mean to offend you, just saying what he/she thinks.

"No offence" seems to be used as a shield, by people who know they are going to offend others. Most of the time, it seems they are intentionally trying to be rude and be saved by the all mighty "No offence".

I mean, it's rather pointless saying "No offence", when you write something like:

"God doesn't exist and you're a moron if you believe it. No offence."

Perfect example of using "no offence" as a shield and just being plain rude and offending to people that choose to believe in a god.

It doesn`t annoy me much . I don`t say it much and my friends don`t say it much either .
Even if they do , it depends on the situation .

"No offense" is useful for some situations where you are having a serious conversation and you have to make a point or an example. But people abuse that phrase and use it improperly.
