This may be a stupid question with an obvious answer but....
Do vampires shower/bathe or brush their teeth?

Well, it really depends on the vampire and how he/she wants to take care of their body.

kate has a layer of electric current around her body. it should be something like physical harm.
bella's talent is defense for mental only.
so, why is bella 'immune' to kate's talent?

i only rem they said kate's talent is similar to jane's. so the electric current is also an illusion too?

I can't tell you the specifics, because I have yet to re-read Breaking Dawn. (Have yet to have motivation to re-read it. I have re-read all the books PLENTY of times)

But...it might be an illusion. I'm not sure.

Let me check.

EDIT:

I believe it is a slight illusion spell. Or it could just be canceling it out.

Like, Kate uses her current to protect herself, but like Bella, who probably protects her mind and body with the current.

This is hard to explain. For Kate's current, it's not actually the physical body. It's triggering something in her mind to cause her pain.

In Jasper's case, he can CAUSE the body to relax or become excited, but he cannot MAKE the mind tell itself to relax. That's for the mind.

Hm....How to explain this easier...

In your hand, there are sensors that tell you how hard something is, how hot it is, what kind of material, etc. They are located on the fingertips. If you grip something, for example a stuffed animal, your brain would automatically tell you how soft the stuffed animal is and how hard you can grab it. But, if your brain shuts off (or is blocked, as in Bella's case), then all your fingertips will touch is something soft. Since your brain is shut off, you don't know how soft that plush is.

That's the same method for Kate's talent. Depending upon how much electric current she wants, she can direct it into one specfic area and direct it on a person, like a taser. However, your nerve (which is the touch) sensors are connected to your brain, and if the connection to that is blocked, then it won't affect you. For Bella, she doesn't feel anything because her brain is blocked from actually being able to detect that physical pain. (Even though it's physical, the brain controls how much pain that will cause. Kind of like how some people get cold really easy, while others don't get cold.)

No.

I'm not an expert on wolves. (however, some people believe that wolves are a creation of a vampire, which is partially true for some species)

But, I know that they don't AUTOMATICALLY like each other. As portrayed in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th book, that is entirely not true.

Sometimes, the person they imprint on ALREADY likes them. But, other than that, it's not immediate.

They kind of feel a connection to the wolf, but that's it right away. Soon, they grow to like them. *Even if they don't like the wolf, the wolf is content in just protecting his or her imprinted one for all their life*

The reason they don't have fangs is because Stephanie Meyer thought that, that was common for vampires. She thinks that the pressure of having someone bite your neck for blood is something scary to do and feel.

Will with the Cullen Coven. They do know about personal hygiene, so yes they do shower and so forth. However like the Nomads I'm don't think they do... maybe the rain washes them.. haha.
