Ah, then yeah, you do need it. It might depend on what computer you have, but sometimes there should have been the CD that came with the computer. If not, then yes, you'll have to buy it.

well, anyway, thanks for the help!

um gomen, but i was wondering if anyone know these japanese word and write it into romaji? so i can pronounce it.

"蝋燭を吹くことを忘れないし願いを作りなさい"

It's suppose to say "dont forget to blow out the candles and make a wish."
but somehow the japanese sentence might structured it differently.

If so, plz plz plz tell me what it is. Quote me or pm me. Arigatou Gozaimass.

I would tell you what the sentence should probably be, but what you asked was the Roomaji, so I'll leave it at that for you.

You're welcome though. Anytime.

The first one is strange...I can't really say it's wrong at this point. It's structured a bit weird, but I believe one can get the jist of the meaning.

1st u go to control panel then go to Regional and Language Options/Settings then go to the tab Keyboards and Languages then click Keyboard Options then click Add.... at this point there should be a menu full of languages and then u just have to select Japanese and click OK.

I'm not completely sure of what it's like on your comp cos' mine is a vista. but even if the buttons words aren't the same, they should be similar

if there are any problems just ask and you don't need the CD!

If a notification pops up that says the "CD-ROM" things, then you will have to either find the disk, or buy one in order to install the language into your computer...I'm sorry...
