Phew, good question. Like many of course RPGs give some of the best. Of those games I played, Tidus/Yuna (FFX and X-2), Serge/Kid (Chrono Cross), Chrono/Marle (Chrono Trigger), Kairi/Sora (KH 1 and 2) Laharl/Flonne (Disgaea), and Alex/Luna (Lunar series).
Also in other games, Mai/Andy (Fatal Fury, KOF series), Snake/Meryl (Metal Gear Solid), Viewtiful Joe/Sexy Silvia (Viewtiful Joe series), Mario/Princess Peach (Any Mario game), and Zelda/Link (Legend of Zelda series).
