Hmm well as far as the bill getting voted out, hey everyone welcome to democracy. Even if those responsible for the result stand to lose very little from not having the bail out.

All I can say is it is time for Americans to review how we spend out money. I cannot help but feel that if Americans sat down and thought about large investments, such as buying a house, and decided if they really could afford it this might have been avoided. Or god forbid someone rents a house, as much of a scam as renting a house is. Granted I am not one to talk with how much I spend on video games.

Hopefully this coming depression will bring some much needed reform to our views of money.... Ok so it won't, we will most likely spend the next 10 to 15 years pointing fingers and nothing will change, but one can hope no?

i didn't read your first post.. it was too long but i have knowledge of the subject

Another Great Depression, i hope not!!

Wall Street is falling down and the all the countries are affected!! ( result of global village )

But i really think that a great depression will not happen

China will be sooner or later the next Uncle Sam..

well, with the current president we have(whom is able to brand anyone a threat and make someone disappear) it was bound to happen. did you know that his favorite part of being the president was catching a fish?(an official quote). listen to some of his quotes, you'll some irony.

These are all funny quotes from Bush Jr.

“See, free nations are peaceful nations. Free nations don’t attack each other. Free nations don’t develop weapons of mass destruction.”—Milwaukee, Wis., Oct. 3, 2003
meaning, we're not a free nation XD which is true in todays society

“After standing on the stage, after the debates, I made it very plain, we will not have an all-volunteer army. And yet, this week — we will have an all-volunteer army!” —Daytona Beach, Fla., Oct. 16, 2004

he wants a draft....

“I’m the commander — see, I don’t need to explain — I do not need to explain why I say things. That’s the interesting thing about being president.” —as quoted in Bob Woodward’s Bush at War

what he said is an explanation of a dictator

“We both use Colgate toothpaste.” —after a reporter asked what he had in common with British Prime Minister Tony Blair, Camp David, Md., Feb. 23, 2001

no explanation necessary

“The ambassador and the general were briefing me on the — the vast majority of Iraqis want to live in a peaceful, free world. And we will find these people and we will bring them to justice.” –Washington, D.C., Oct. 27, 2003 “” –George W. Bush jr, 10.27.03.

dictator

There’s no doubt in my mind that we should allow the world worst leaders to hold America hostage, to threaten our peace, to threaten our friends and allies with the world’s worst weapons.” –George W. Bush jr, South Bend, Indiana, Sept. 5, 2002.

hey, that's exactly what he did

“Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we.” —Washington, D.C., Aug. 5, 2004 (jr)

translation: our enemies are good, so are we. they're looking for ways to harm us, so do we.

Bush had a good day taking over the banks, with a big smile on his face. Exactly like this =>

But let the people under him suffer.

Yes the USA is going through some major financial problems, but I believe eventually we will overcome it. We need to stick together and worry about our in house problems and stop worrying about others. When the bailout plan passed I was like" ahhh yikes" but I think it should go to those who really need it example the little 60 yr old women who was going to lose her home due to unable to make her payments she committed suicide sad but true.... now the person who makes less then 40,000 a year and buys a 300,000 dollar home sorry that's not my problem live with in your budget ppl. stop living above your means. I dread seeing how much my property taxes are going to jump, but luckily I picked a profession that is high in demand good pay, and I will never be without a job...

Depression is one of those disorders which most people face in there life as some stage for one reason or the other. If it's children the pressure of studies gets over their head and if it's adults the pressure of work attracts depression. My dad is on anti-depressants these days and the reason which I have figured out for his depression is this economic recession. Though US has given its economy a bailout package, but all countries can't afford to do that. So it will take some time for developing countries to get over this recession period. Once the liquidity comes again in the market, this period will surely come to an end. http://www.xanax-effects.com
