heyy everybodyy;

wanted to knoww if anybody knew any organic/natural beauty tipss

examples of some I know are::

* honey, white egg yok and milk is a good facial mask cleanser ;honey works as a cleanser and leaves skin clean and egg leaves moist and shinyy .

* okayyy putting mayonnaise or oilve oil in hair, brings hair backk to life or restores it to a degree. And encourages growth.. ( u have to washh it out though hahha).

*lemonn lightens pigmentation.

* tea tree oil clearss pimples, its so true like ive seen the results on my mate =]

and yerhh those are some i can think of...



anybody knoww others? please share=]

I dont know about exterior applications but I can help with foods that make you look and feel better. After all your insides have to be healthy in order for you to look it.

Grapefruit helps clear acne, water removes toxins and hydrates your skin, seaweed help keep your skin smooth, tomato and avacado prevent skin aging,

i know that
lemon juice - can help with pimples and if you use alot it might lighten your skin colour
toothpase - dry's pimples
using moistruizer on your face and brush it with a toothbrush (that you wont use for your teeth) than brush in circle motion - it should make your skin more smoother and help with your breakouts because it cleans your hmm face breathing hole thingys

heh.. beauty tips? i've only heard about tea tree oil but if you get burned by hot water, putting toothpaste on it, soothes it.. it works =]

Get a lot of sleep (8 hours min suggested).

Avoid eating greasy foods and sugary food. Junk food doesn't necessarily make it worse, but healthy food makes it better.

Drink water over soda; if you don't feel like water, drink juice or a less sugary beverage and more natural.

Clean your pillow sheets often. If possible, avoid rubbing your face all over the pillow. Oil stays on there... guess where they all go?

Exercise daily if you can, or every other day. It helps control your hormones and control your body heat more.

If you have long hair, avoid having them in front of your face. Don't overdo on hair products either.

hairstyle..put da color dat match with ur skin tone
go to the SPA once a month
bath in a goat milk once a 2 weeks
Natural makeup
avoid dirts ..

i know avocados are very gud for da hair

drink 8 glasses of water....

Like everyone else said..drink lots of water..your body needs to hydrate. Also use Green Tea Moisturizer for the face and body and seaweed wraps for your hair. Oh..and freshly cut cucumbers dipped in extra virgin olive oil and put it in the fridge overnight..then the next morning, you can put it over your eyes to take away any redness or puffiness.

heard from my gf that aprin masks works great, 3-5 tablets of asprin crush it into powder, then either add honey/lemon juice or water and put it on your face, leave it on for 15 mins or so or wait until the powder drys.

oh and try not to put too many on your nose or you might end up sniffing it t,t

olive oil is good for hair and if u have bad cuticles (on ur fingers), like ripped or dry skin there, its good to dip it in for a while. It works really well and I relaly care about hands because I'm a piano player =D

honey is a good cleanser

drink skim milk or water (8 cups a day)

toothpast or baking soda paste is good for drying out pimples

use a moistorizer NO MATTER WHAT my face cleared up because of this

cleanse face with three steps : cleanse, tone, moisturize twice every day
and exfoliate every other day or once every week

use makeup that labels that they won't clog pores or are non-comedogenic (i think thats how u spell it)

wash your pillows

dissinfect your phones if you get acne on your lower cheek very often

put your hair up if you have bangs when you're home or as often as possible

wash your hands!

eat less spicy foods

eat two fruits everyday

workout at a gym? lol just random

aspirin masks are really great exfoliaters

if you want, you can add baking soda to your cleanser for a good exfoliator and cleanser

by the way, exfoliating is good you have a bit of red pigmentation on your past acne scars or something like that

get plenty of sleep

sry there are so many! i did lots of research on this during the summer because i was relaly bored and i had really bad skin, but ever since i used some of these ideas (because I could NOT possible do all of them) my skin is so much better. i'll tel you though, exfoliating is relaly relaly good. makes your skin glow if you use moisturizer on afterwards

i heard that too

but be careful not to use too much because a lot of people are saying that a study shows aspriin on your face will dissolve into your face if yoused to often and something bad happens....

i cant quite remember but i heard it from A LOT of people

hmmm...this one is weird.....

wash your hair with lipton ice tea....makes your hair extra shiny.....
