I know a lot of Natural Beauty tips since I'm extremely allergic to make-up. Oh, but I'm only going to post stuff that doesn't involve raiding the kitchen for odd things to mix together.

-Drink LOTS of water (I'd say around 5-8 cups a day) obviously, it helps keep your entire body hydrated.

-Excorsise/Work-out for AT LEAST 20 minutes a day

-If you have long hair/banges, keep it OUT OF YOUR FACE. Oils from your hair can get on your face and that will cause you to break-out

-Wash your sheets regularly

-Eat pleanty of fruits and veggies

-Before you buy any facial products, be it cleansers or make-up, I think it's a good idea to find out what type of skin you have then buy products based on that. I, for example, have sensitive skin, so I try to buy stuff that's made for people with sensitive skin.

Plenty of fluids, vitamins, fruit early in the day. Use lotion or moisturizer on your face if your face gets dry since it can cause premature aging. Don't go out in the sun too much. Exercise since sweating causes liquids and gases to unclog your pores.

I heard somewhere that honey and raw eggs can be used on your skin to give it more nutrients and to have fairer skin if you are tanning more than you want. If you want to get tanner, well that should be easy.

I think showering an hour before bed is best since it is dry enough that you don't get too much bed head and you don't want to rush dry your hair in the morning with a hairdryer which will damage your hair.

Stay clean. Every zit means you have white puss under your skin. Ogh.

Keep them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes and then take them out, lay down, relax and put the tea bags over the puffy ears over your eyes. Leave them there for approximately another 10-15 minutes, turning them over half way through. Afterwards, remove the tea bags and dispose of them. Then rinse your face with cool water to remove any tea stains. Make sure you rinse off any residue carefully with a cold damp tissue or face cloth.

You'll be amazed at how much wider open your eyes will feel and how quickly soreness will be reduced.
