Of coarse not and definitely it cannot be the last episode because episode 103 just shows that the fight with the Earl is still going on besides the Earl is still not defeated by Allen or vice versa if the author prefer the protagonist to die. Also the design for the new uniforms would be wasted if they will not continue the anime...

If you google a little, you can find that the creator of D.Gray-Man has been sick alot.

Katsura Hoshino takes time off from her Weekly Shonen Jump serialization

This year's 51st issue of Weekly Shonen Jump has announced on Monday that Katsura Hoshino has put her D.Gray-man supernatural adventure manga on hold due to her health. The magazine has not announced when D.Gray-man will return. The manga began in 2004, and Viz Media has published the 11th of the 16 current volumes this month.

Agreed. For example of the sickness, one of it is wrist injury. The Manga has to stop for a while before continuing.
I really wish D.gray-man would continue due to the fact after reading the manga, there are lots interesting events going to happen.

We still do not know who have the Heart innocence. The relations between the 14 and Allen have not been cover in the anime. The past of Yu Kanda (aka Kanda Yu) on how he obtained the super regeneration ability as well as the who is the woman that Kanda always chasing after during the 1st half of the 1st season, new allies since the going gets tough and many more. Not forgetting about the purpose of the Earl creating Akuma as well as what kind of abilities does the rest of the Noah Family has? (since the anime only a few of the Noah Family Members).

In addition, the battle scene of the Level 4 Akuma is consider very liitle if you ask me. In comparison to the others, the Level 3 Akuma have lots more battle scene for instance the battle between leenalee and level 3 during the voyage to Edo, Allen and Level 3 in the asian branch, Level 3 combining in Edo as well as Level 3 in their home base.

I want to see more of the battles between Allen and the Level 4 Akuma. It cant end like this with only showing a little of Level 4. As mention earlier post, the new costume would be wasted if the series just end like this.

The anime ended (tv.tokyo said that on their d.gray-man website)
I dont think there will be another season since the manga is now monthly, and the artist has her injuries.
