Yeah, they do. You just have to know where to look. There are a lot of legitimate places out there - the prices are really high, though.

China / Hong Kong have everything you could want. Are there fakes? Yes, but it's just like any other country you would visit and shop retail. Use good judgement and don't buy from shady places haha.

Both sells fake shoes, but in HK the chance to buy fake ones are less than in China.
