Oh wow! So many choices,but I would name it fushicho because i like fire and the pheonix is all fire .

I want it to look like two scythes that have a short handle with a chain that can come out thats attached to the blade.

shikai release would be a large traditional scythe but the blade would be able to use all the elements
bankai would be a seperate plane to the real world which can bring in the person who ur fighting against darkest fears and slowly as they are panicking the reality compresses and they are trapped and consumed thus the plane of my bankai becomes stronger with each battle, god that sounds so dark a creepy

Lightning! cuz iwant a sword with the element lightning

Description: Tow sided one side is all right angles... so each blade is a square, the other sid eis like a wave. There is no release command, the only way to release it is to exchange blows with another sword. After release the blades come off and I control them with my mind. Zanpakuto Name - Berserker of Taranis, or just Taranis for short.

Shikai - Permanent. Takes the form of a huge (6 ft), two handed, Celtic sword. Large emphasis on strength. Very destructive. Also grants wielder the power of large energy discharge (essentially the shinigami equivalent of a cero).

Bankai - "Unleash carnage, Pitiless Beserker". Blade merges with wielder. The transformation process is similar Broly from DBZ or the Hulks (although less muscle). Pupils will disappear and skin will be turned white. Veins are turned black, resulting in corpse paint that covers the entire body (google it if you dont know).

Due to a slight increase of muscle, the body will be in mass pain. All power is amplified to a ridiculous level (strength,speed,stamina,reiatsu). However, the wielder is in a berserk state. User results to fighting with fists. Can create sword out of pure reiatsu.
