hi
.i don'tknow chinese but i'm learning. i want to learn with english pronounciation and symbols, the chinese version of romanji.
in choosing a chinese name( i like calligraphy and how kanji looks) i used an online translater based on sound and got this

i don't like them and there hard to write, so i decided to use hanji based on the meaning of my name.
surname meaning= crowned man so i picked wang(only 1 character, that is easy to draw)
given name= beautiful rose, so i chose jia qiang(only 2 characters)
my chinese name is wang jia qiang
did i chose correctly?

i know how to say the following, but i don't know how to spell them in chinese. i have a conversational mandorin cd, but no workbook. how do i spell these phrases?

hello
good morning
good day
good evenng
how are you
fine thanks
very well
so so
what's your name
my name is
it's nice to meet you
goodbye
see you later
see you soon
good night

teacher
thanks for your help
