Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).
i like long mangas. more time to develop the characters.
Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
serious with a bit of comedy
Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
i like both if i had to choose i'd pick just two people
Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
it should start slowly from the beginning
Most importantly, do you prefer romance with another genre (like romance-action or romance-fantasy, romance-comedy etc. Basically stories like Vampire Knight, La Corda D'oro, and School Rumble) or a story that focuses MAINLY on romance with a bit of extra sub-plot that you don't really care about (Special A).
i like a story that focuses on romance but has a plot as well.. like in nana
Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
heck no.
Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
okay idea. i like happy endings :P
Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?

BOTH

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).

EWW GROSS

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?

EWW GROSS AGAIN... BUT IF I HAVE TO CHOOSE I WANT AT THE END.

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.

NO

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters)?
I like shorter manga for my shorter attention span.

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
Probably one that's lighter.

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
I like romance between two people, but like, more than one couple.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
I like when the relationships don't work out because I'm a bitter and mean person.
I liked something like Paradise Kiss a lot.

Of course it's got to have SOMETHING else in there, man. Otherwise it's like drinking corn syrup.

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
I love ecchi, really. If I'm gonna read a manga, it's probably going to be covered in stupid boob jokes.

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
Usually a bad idea, but if it's written well, it's tolerable.

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
It's easier for me to read if the main character's not like, oozing putz and cuteness. Beautiful is on occasion okay. I'd like for once that the main character is HONESTLY plain looking and doesn't get some kind of amazing makeover in the second chapter.

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).
Shorter, the long ass ones tend to drag on..

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
Hmm Lighter ;D

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
I personaly like both..Just I guess between two people is better.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
Slowly

Most importantly, do you prefer romance with another genre (like romance-action or romance-fantasy, romance-comedy etc. Basically stories like Vampire Knight, La Corda D'oro, and School Rumble) or a story that focuses MAINLY on romance with a bit of extra sub-plot that you don't really care about (Special A).
Yes~ Without other genres I find the story somewhat boring..

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
Ehh its ok.

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
Bad Idea

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters)?
Long .. I like my plot and character well developed (feels like I'm ordering steak here..well-done please!)

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
A bit of both...

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss)?
Sorry, I'm not a big fan of harem or reverse, so yeah..between 2 people I guess.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
In the middle or in the end.

Most importantly, do you prefer romance with another genre (like romance-action or romance-fantasy, romance-comedy etc. Basically stories like Vampire Knight, La Corda D'oro, and School Rumble) or a story that focuses MAINLY on romance with a bit of extra sub-plot that you don't really care about (Special A)?
Romance-fantasy/ -action. Don't really like all romance.

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary?
Not necessarily but please, not too much fanservice. I'm tired of underaged minors showing too much bare flesh, sigh!

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
Good idea, sometimes great .. guess I'm a bit of a sadist, haha!

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
Err.. depends on the theme of the manga/anime but not too incorrigible or ugly.

-romance+genre

1. longish
2. eather way (but I prefer seriouse)

4. depends on the story...
5. extra sub-plot that I DO care about
6. ecchi is prefered, but not needed
7. depends on the story
8. the protagonist needs to be smart.

Like it short ( there are some mangas that have many volumes, but they can be a good read )

Love having humor being added in mangas ( I believe that the world is sad enough, I prefer to look at happy stuff )

One to one love or reverse harem is fine ( not really particular about it )

Fine with either ( as long as the plot can catch my attention and satisfy me )

Ecchi is not essential ( normally ecchi are found in Shonen mangas, I think its called smut in Shoujo )

No no no to tragic ending ( absolutey no for me - I dislike soappy dramas too )

Main character - for female : as long as it is not some really helpless character who can't do anything by herself
I can hardly find a female character that is pretty and stuff, it is always emphasizing that the guy lead is super gorgeous, popular and stuff. I could be wrong though

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).
>short ones. very long manga's makes me wanna strangle the author and bores me after a long time of waiting

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
> light

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
> romance between two people

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
> i prefer if the romance is innocent along the way then they live happily ever after at the end (do i make sense? hehe)

Most importantly, do you prefer romance with another genre (like romance-action or romance-fantasy, romance-comedy etc. Basically stories like Vampire Knight, La Corda D'oro, and School Rumble) or a story that focuses MAINLY on romance with a bit of extra sub-plot that you don't really care about (Special A).
> romance with other genres. it makes the story fun and not predictable (for me..)

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
>ugh. no.

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
>tolerable but i prefer if it's a happy ending, tagic ones make me wanna strangle the author...

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
> the GIRL should be pretty and has an unpredictable personality. she must be cute and witty. the BOY should be handsome and cold. his cold exterior would be melted by the girl. hehe..

thanks!
> you're welcome!

btw, are you planning to make a manga? just curious..

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).
Long ass manga. I hate short mangas cos right when I'm getting interested the series ends.

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
A serious story with humour in it. A serious comedy, whatever. Lols.

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
Mainly two people.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
Right at the end. I like romance mangas where the most of the series is spent on someone crushing on someone and they get together in the end.

Romance with another genre. Keeps me interested.

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
Nuh-uh, no.

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
Tolerable. But if it's a series I really, really like, then it's definitely not a good idea.

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
Cute and moe (: I like cute air-headed protagonists.

I'm assuming that you meant this for shoujo fans, rather than female manga fans in general.

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).
Lmao, 40 chapters is long? Plenty of series I read go well into 200+ chapters. ..I suppose that answers this question.

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
I'm definitely a seinen fan. I prefer psychological/medical/crime/etc plots over lovely-dovey stuff. I certainly don't object to a bit of light-heartedness, though. :)

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
I haven't read either of those, but I cannot stand harem/reverse harem series. I also hate, hate, hate love triangles/squares/etc.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
Neither. I like there to be plot/character developments leading up to the couple getting together.

:/ More series I'm not in the least bit familiar with. I'm not a romance fan at all. If it's pertinent to the plot, then I'll deal with it, but I'd rather not read series where the entire plot revolves around it.

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
Series like Ebichu are hilarious. That said, when the entire series revolves around it, I'd have to pass.

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
Ooh. This could go either way. For me, it all depends on the series. Some just work better with not-so-happy endings.

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
I don't read series where a female is the main character.

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters)?
I would prefer a short one. unless it's bleach and action packed.

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
I would like it a little on the light side with lots of romance and comedy.

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
Romance between two people.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
I think the romance should be in the middle somewhere.

I like romance with another genre.

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
It depends on the plot line, but it's not necessary.

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
Really bad idea, it just ruins the story for me.

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
Cute and moe and pretty.

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).
I like a long complicated story with a lot of history

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
I like more serious stories

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
Hey any manga with great looking guys is fine with me - but I hate reverse harem becuase the girl NEVER chooses - and she's always so helpless... so two people are better (like in Black Lagoon)

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
I like a drawn out romance

Most importantly, do you prefer romance with another genre (like romance-action or romance-fantasy, romance-comedy etc. Basically stories like Vampire Knight, La Corda D'oro, and School Rumble) or a story that focuses MAINLY on romance with a bit of extra sub-plot that you don't really care about (Special A).
ABSOLUTELY YES - Romance should be less than the adventure.

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
Yuck not at all... stupid -

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
Okay - depends on the story

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
Smart and strong - cute guys are like eye-candy - to much and you mess up your brain.

thanks!

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).
I like really long manga. Short manga always has a habit of making me want more, even if the ending was pretty decent.
Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
I prefer a mixture of both.
Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
I think it's better if it's a romance between two people, even though reverse harem is a rather interesting topic.
Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
Right at the end.
For me, romance just has to be paired with some other genre.
Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
Not really.
Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
More like a depressing-I-just-wanna-scream-at-the-mangaka-who-wrote-this idea.
Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
I really like the main character to be pretty and smart, not to mention resourceful, but I also like the idea of a timid main character coming out of her shell and becoming stronger (e.g. Yaya/Nana in Othello)
