Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).
well, if it have nice story line i don't mind like skip beat or walllflower

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
well,i prefer comdy but i hate echi comedy like girls showing her panties n so on

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
well, i don't really like reverse harem coz it;s such pain to see one of the character to be pain after his love is rejected by heroin like hana kimi

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
at the end coz i hate coz when it happen early coz sometimes the boy start to be a jerk by dumping the heroin

Most importantly, do you prefer romance with another genre (like romance-action or romance-fantasy, romance-comedy etc. Basically stories like Vampire Knight, La Corda D'oro, and School Rumble) or a story that focuses MAINLY on romance with a bit of extra sub-plot that you don't really care about (Special A).
wow, i like anime or manga like that..i will always in toki-doki mood XD

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
noooooooo, i hate it...better u throw it away...what an eyesore

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
good idea..but, it make me cry a lot..but, it's good coz i will remember that manga more than other manga that end with happy

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?

well,i donno..maybe strong plus, funny...they look cutelike that

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).
Long. If I start to get addicted I don't want it to end all of a sudden!

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
Hmm. Probably serious, I do like drama. But I love comedy as well.

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
I prefer two people but I don't mind reverse harem.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
Early on. Lol I hate it when everything works out at the last minute and you don't get to enjoy any of the goodness.

Haha. Depends, I like romance action and romance comedy but just romance is fine too.

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
Not necessary.

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
Overall I'd say 'bad idea but tolerable'. But it really depends on the manga, if it suits it or not.

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
The guy has got to be strong, hot and smart too if that's possible. The girl...pretty or beautiful I guess, but I don't mind as long as she's not annoying.

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).
Short ones.

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
Sometimes serious, sometimes light (depends on my mood).

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
Romance between two people.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
What about the middle o_O?

Most importantly, do you prefer romance with another genre (like romance-action or romance-fantasy, romance-comedy etc. Basically stories like Vampire Knight, La Corda D'oro, and School Rumble) or a story that focuses MAINLY on romance with a bit of extra sub-plot that you don't really care about (Special A).
With another genre =\. It can't just be about romance or else I'd get bored =_="

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
Um, I guess so. I don't really mind it...

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
Okay idea.

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).
Depends...short ones are nice...long ones are good, too, as long as they don't drag on and on without a point.

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
Not too serious with some comedy.

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
Well Ouran Koukou Host Club is one reverse harem that I could tolerate, but I'd prefer romance just between two people.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
Somewhere in the middle seems pretty nice.

Romance with another genre.

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
Not necessary.

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?

Tragic endings are more memorable and tragic stories are usually better than the typical happy ending stories.

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?

I don't really like cute/moe. I absolutely hate cutesy, weak girls that gets bullied and can't do anything about it.
My ideal main character should definitely be able to kick some arse, and they should be prettyish/decent looking.
I love all the main characters that the mangaka, MOTOMI Kyousuke draws.

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).
Length doesn't really matter much to me.

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
Comedy, romance, tragedy, almost anything but smut or anything too mature to handle.

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
In a reverse harem, there is usually a couple focused on the most or i cople i prefer in there. So I can't really choose.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
If it's a romance manga, romance and fluff should be through out the whole manga!

I have no idea why but I like genderbenders(I'm always trying to guess genders but I suck at guessing so I'm always shocked) Shojo with genderbending is one of my favorite combinations. Any Romance manga should have a little more than just romance in it though(like tragedy or pychology).

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
It really depends on the character's role. Though i hate it when the main character is a snotty girl who's "Miss Popular".

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).
I don't mind the long ass series, but very rarely do the crazy long ones manage to keep my interest till the end. One shots are usually short, sweet and to the point which is nice.

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
Light AND serious. I like drama.

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
I'm not really into the harem stuff. It's fun for a little while...maybe, but a romance between two people is always better with a side of love triangle for drama.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
Uh, the middle? If it's a one shot it would have to be fast which I don't mind as long as it's believeable, but for a longer series I'd like for there to be some time for the feelings to develop before the relationship begins. It's annoying when two strangers meet then BAM "OMG I LOVE YOUU" five seconds later or when the tension gets drawn out all the way until the end where they FINALLY confess or something.

I usually prefer romance mixed with another genre.

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
Meh. It's fanservice. If the series if good enough I don't really care, but excessive ecchi for the hell of it gets annoying fast.

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
Tragic endings are just that. TRAGIC. I love to hate them, really. Everyone wants to see a happy ending, but it's realistic when things don't turn out all rosy and perfect...

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
Eh, they come in all shapes and sizes, color and personality. I think the story is what really shapes the characters and sets the mood for how that heroine will behave. I really like strong, independent and down to earth female characters myself.

long.

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
light.

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
depends, but mostly reverse harem.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
perferably late in the manga
but not necessarily at the end =P.

I don't like mangas that focus solely on the romance part.
hm... example (honey hunt good, but not THAT good ) / (Skip Beat! very very very good! it focuses on romance AND the main characters career + super funny )

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
preferably no ecchi in romance shoujo mangas please... lol
leave that for the guys

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
HATE tragic endings! hate cliff hangers, and hate endings that just fast forward too far into the future. lol xD
A normal happy ending will do

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
depends...
Just as long as it flows with the manga~~~ =D
(whatever type of main the story calls for, that's what I mean)

First of all, I think it would have made more sense to say this was for shoujo manga readers rather than just female manga readers. I mean, not all girls like manga with loads of romance. And some guys do.

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).
30 - 40 chapters sounds about right to me, but I wouldnt call it long.

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
Comedy please! Anything too serious just loses me ^^;

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
I've read so many reverse harem mangas I cant stand them any more, so just 2 people is fine.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
Well, I dunno, if it was right at the start what would they be doing for the rest of the manga? Although it might be fun if they just got married or something at the start then went on crazy adventures. But no, I prefer to have the romance at the end. With hints all the way through.

If its mainly about romance, the romance has to be really, REALLY well written or else I wont bother with it. But if it has another genre then usually I wont mind too much if the romance is predictable and stuff. So I'll go with romance with another genre. Of course, no romance at all is fine too.

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
Sometimes the ecchi moments fit with the plot and it works, but when you have a lot it gets boring, and its hard to read it in public without being embarrassed.

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
I dont think I've ever read a manga with a really tragic ending, it might make a nice change! But I have to say that on the whole I probably prefer happy endings.

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
Characters that are too beautiful give me self esteem issues ): I'll have to say plain. And it would be nice to have a really smart main character! The really booksmart people are always supporting characters.
