I prefer Long manga because the storyline and characters are usually developed more__but I if I have to actually by the manga I might just go with a short story one because of $price$ It has to be a REALLY GOOD ONE if I going to start a long manga series

Both I mean I want some comedy It keeps the mood happy so light I guess..

romance should be in the middle not to early because it seems a little to rushed to me, If it like the very end I wouldn't really get to see how there relationship really develops

I think both are fine to have main focus romance and also separate at times with another genera

NO ECCHI IS NOT NECESSARY!!!!

tragic ending ... It is sad and it makes you think, but at the same time I might start laughing just depends on my mood I guess so It is tolerable depending on my mood

I think the girl depends on the manga and the situation... but if I had to prefer I would say I like the love tom boyish girls, but when the actually dress as a girl for once the look HOT!!! or in this case beautiful Oh and the guys mouths drop like

If the manga's good, then it should be long. But usually good ones are also short.

I like serious ones, with humour. I don't like things too light (like, no story at all)

I prefer just romance between one main.

I hate it when it's fast! Makes me wonder "why the hell did they just kiss for no reason?"
I like to see the process of how they fall in love.

I prefer romance with comedy. Romance with fantasy is sometimes a little too clichè to me.

I HATE IT WHEN IT'S ECCHI. It's useless!

Tragic ending: They're usually the best, and keeps me wanting more of the manga, but I really do love happy endings. (Bittersweet endings are the best!)

I like it when the main character is different and not perfect
(like those clichè ones that are stupid, good at sports, and tomboyish--I hate those)
I like them being smart, loner-ish, strong (doesn't have to be), and plain (pretty is fine too as long as not every guy falls for her)

hmm.. 8 questions...
1. I prefer long chapters, but it better be good, or else I'd dropped it.
2. I little of this, a little of that. Yup, i like it mixed, keeps the story interesting.
3.uuummm...that's hard, I prefer both, harem and b/w main characters.
4. uh uh not good if the romance is fast, the story loses my interest for me anymore especially if it's a long manga.
5. I prefer variety as long as the manga is really good.
6. some ecchi is good, it depends on the story though and to the matured readers.
7.bad idea but tolerable, personally i hate sad ending!
8.I prefer strong and smart and pretty. I like strong girls but i hate dumb ones. I like also with actions, like MUSASHI 9, RED LION, AND HOT BLOODED WOMAN. I like girls who kick ass.

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters)?
Short. One-shots are mostly short yet I'm not really the type of reader who loves one-shots.

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
I go for both.

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss)?
Hmmm..I prefer reverse harem but romance between mainly two people are okay, if the manga is SHORT.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
I prefer at the end, wait no, the MIDDLE so that they could spend some more (or even less if the manga is already coming to an end) romantic moments.

Most importantly, do you prefer romance with another genre (like romance-action or romance-fantasy, romance-comedy etc. Basically stories like Vampire Knight, La Corda D'oro, and School Rumble) or a story that focuses MAINLY on romance with a bit of extra sub-plot that you don't really care about (Special A)?
Romance with another genre. If romance alone, it is quite boring. You can simply focus on the two lovers TOO MUCH. Sheesh.

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary?
NOT necessary at all. I don't like ecchi either way, but MOE KARE!! was good! XD

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
If the main character/one of the main characters that I love a lot dies, BAD IDEA.

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
Strong because I don't like weaklings, smart since brains can help in relationships too, ONE OF A KIND XD

long ass manga. but of course, not that long.

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
... light, i can't really take serious storylines.

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
just romance between two people. but reverse harem is also alright.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
right at the end. if the romance was fast then it would be boring.

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).

Long

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?

A little of both

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).

Romance between two people. I tend to get annoyed when reverse harem is involved because if like 3 people like the same girl, they can't all win so its kinda sad

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?

Early on, but towards the end there should be heavier romance

Most importantly, do you prefer romance with another genre (like romance-action or romance-fantasy, romance-comedy etc. Basically stories like Vampire Knight, La Corda D'oro, and School Rumble) or a story that focuses MAINLY on romance with a bit of extra sub-plot that you don't really care about (Special A).

It kinda depends on the story, I really dont look at genre that much

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.

It's not necessary, but if it does some kids might not be able to read. Done right though it can be funny

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?

All depends on the story, if it calls for tragedy then it's a good idea.

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?

Smart, strong, and beautiful! Im getting so tired of dumb main charecters these days(like Ichigo from Yumeiro Pattisere for example)
For a boy, he should be hot, and muscular, with something bad/sad in his past

Short-ish if it mainly follows one story, otherwise, long if there are many little short stories.

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
Serious, with subtle comedy.

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
Reverse Harem is more interesting to read, in my opinion.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
In the middle.

Multi-Genre.

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
Not necessary, but amusing to add.

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
Inbetween Okay Idea and Good Idea.

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
Either a complete ditz or an intelligent girl.

I guess it would be long...But there a good mangas that are short too.

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
Serious but a little comedy wouldn't hurt.

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
Reverse harem. I think it's more interesting. It would boring if there was just one guy...>.> In my opinion...

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
In the middle...Love in first sight is kinda...=__= boring...<.< *whistle*

Most importantly, do you prefer romance with another genre (like romance-action or romance-fantasy, romance-comedy etc. Basically stories like Vampire Knight, La Corda D'oro, and School Rumble) or a story that focuses MAINLY on romance with a bit of extra sub-plot that you don't really care about (Special A).

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?

I prefer a story on the more serious side:) a little comedy every once in a while is nice too

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss)?
I dont really mind either way is fine by me..

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
I prefer it to be at the middle. at the end-too slow fast- boring

Romance-comedy/action (no fantasy).
Doesnt matter to me as long as romance is a major part

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).
I like longer stories.

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
I couldn't handle one that didn't have both. Too much seriousness would make it boring for me and too much comedy would eventually get on my nerves.

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
So many reverse harems going on lately, its really starting to get old. Harem's just get on my nerves. I like romance between two people. However, I will say that one rival or two, tends to make things a bit more interesting. Its just the circumstances and how much of a stereotype the rival is. Like I will forever want the "violent child-hood friend" and the "Sister" rivals to lose. They both get on my nerves.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
I'd like it to peak near the end but, I think it would be nice to have a kiss here or there. Hand holding. Things other then a hug or a conversation that causes blushing just happen so often now that is not.... It just makes me go >.> Kiss already. Haha.

I prefer romance with another genre. I liked the special A manga but when it came to the anime. I realized it was basically about nothing. I need a good plot to get me hooked.

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
I would say that its not necessary HOWEVER a certain amount of physical tension between the characters is always a good thing, at least for me. I like my romances with a bit of ecchiness on the side. But its not necessary at all.

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
Oh, the Tragic endings *cough* School days *cough* Actually I never watched that anime, just the ending. But I guess its... tolerable. .

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
Because I find that the male characters are always more attractive then the female protagonist I like my female to be gorgeous. It really depends on how all the other characters look.... I would say that as long as they "fit" as a couple I don't really mind how they look. Its always irked me how the protagonist of a majority of the romances that I've personally read or seen have been less attractive then the love interests.
