Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).
Depends on how the plot is written and how it develops. For me it wouldn't matter how long or how short just as long as:
1. The plot makes sense
2. The plot comes to an understandable ending
3. The plot isn't manipulated

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
Both are just fine with me but I'd prefer a light one with lots of comedy

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
I hate reverse harem and I also hate romance between two people but I'd prefer romance between mainly two people

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
As I said I don't care as long as the plot makes sense to me

Most importantly, do you prefer romance with another genre (like romance-action or romance-fantasy, romance-comedy etc. Basically stories like Vampire Knight, La Corda D'oro, and School Rumble) or a story that focuses MAINLY on romance with a bit of extra sub-plot that you don't really care about (Special A).
Romance with another genre and sometimes the other. It really depends on the PLOT

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
If appropriate for the plot then yes

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
Okay Idea

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
As I said before plot matters with me. I don't care who the hell the character is as long as his/her story is interesting. Realistic characters though are best for me. Not cute little characters that some random pedophile made up

Reallllyyyy long one

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
Middlelish - I don't like too much comedy

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
Reverse Harem I love saiunkoku monogatari ^^ Although in reverse harems its usually really obvious who they are going to end up with

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
Nearer the end than the beginning

Most importantly, do you prefer romance with another genre (like romance-action or romance-fantasy, romance-comedy etc. Basically stories like Vampire Knight, La Corda D'oro, and School Rumble) or a story that focuses MAINLY on romance with a bit of extra sub-plot that you don't really care about (Special A).
Prefer romantic comedy

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
Definitely not...

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
Not really tragic - more like spontaneous

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
Prefer smart - don't really care about looks

- Long ass c:

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
- Serious

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
- Romance between two people

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
- It depends, i guess in the end though.

- I prefer it with other genres, romance alone would be way to cheesy.

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
- Meh.

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
- I love tragic endings sometimes, other times I prefer happy ones c:

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).
- I don't mind so long as the story keeps its focus. Maybe shorter is better in that case? Then again, time is almost always necessary for a story to develop properly... so longer.

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?
- I like anything with a good plot, which generally is easier achieved through a more serious story.

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).
-There's not really many reverse harem examples around, when you really think about all the non-rv harem series so it's difficult to really say which one's better than the other fairly. I do enjoy reverse harems for all the bishies, tho. And I'm not really a big romance fan anyway, so I'll guess I'll go with rv-harem.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?
- I usually prefer the romance to develop slowly, so towards the end-ish?

Most importantly, do you prefer romance with another genre (like romance-action or romance-fantasy, romance-comedy etc. Basically stories like Vampire Knight, La Corda D'oro, and School Rumble) or a story that focuses MAINLY on romance with a bit of extra sub-plot that you don't really care about (Special A).
- I can't stand romance on its own. It has to be a sub-plot or at least a mixed-romance genre.

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.
- Definitely not necessary... But I can appreciate it. Dunno about the manga but Kamen no Maid Guy was hilarious.

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?
- There are a handful of Great tragic manga endings - and they just strike a chord that the ubiquitous superficially happy ending doesn't. Just take Romeo and Juliet for example. Unfortunately, these are in the minority. And in a way, even if the ending's mediocre it's the story as a whole that dictates whether it's a success or not. Assuming some kind of redemption in the plot when it's ends tragically but mediocre, it's an okay/good idea.

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?
- Anything but moe. Seriously. I don't care too much about looks. And preferably she has brain of sorts though she doesn't have to use it all the time.

I know this is meant for female only but I couldn't help but look. I noticed that you didn't define what ecchi might be, since there are ecchi in a sense either aimed at women readers or used for the purpose of comedy. Take General Armstrong from FMA for instance he could be considered comedy ecchi. As for ecchi aimed towards women readers I could only think of semi yaoi or shounen-ai stuff like OHSHC. Yeah this stuff counts as ecchi it's just that people don't associate it with the sub genre.

Medium-longish... O.o

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?

This one depends more on my mood. I really do like both to the point that I really can't decide. >o<

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).

Why not regular harem manga? :p Either that or a romance mainly between two people. I'm really not into bishounen. ^^;;;

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?

I prefer slow paced romance. I like to see the feelings develop rather than burst outta no where or without good reason. :/

I prefer it when romance is the secondary genre really. ^^;

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.

I don't mind it as long as they don't go out of their way to give you random/pointless panty shots that really look out of place. :/

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?

I like them in small doses since I don't like being depressed all the time. :p And if it's done well.

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?

Strong and smart for sure!

Would you prefer a long ass manga (like maybe about 30-40 chapters) or a shortish manga (say around 10 to 15 chapters).

Long, It's got to be long. No way a 10-15 chapter manga is going to explain everything (seems a bit rushed).

Would you prefer a story that's more serious or light (ie. lots of comedy)?

Hm, that depends. If the story's of high quality I would like it to be serious. I'm not too keen on a lot of comedy, it ruins the manga. :'(

Which one's better, reverse harem (like Fushigi etc) or just romance between mainly two people (like Itazura na Kiss).

One, I hate Itazura na Kiss. Two, I do like reverse harem but I don't see it as a good anime/manga. So I don't recommend it to people who are looking for serious and good anime/manga to read and watch. However, if you like to see good looking guys, go right ahead. But yes, I prefer mainly between two people.

Should the romance be fast (like early on in the manga) or right at the end?

No. Romance has got to go at a certain pace, it can't just start at the very first 3 pages of the first chapter. That's no way to portray love. Love has to be develop through many adversities and chapters. You can;t just rush love, that's no true love at all.

Yes to romance with another genre. No way to the romance as the main focus. I would rather have them make the romance thing the minor subject and make the manga mainly focus on the real plot and it's character build.

Then I also wanna know if ecchi is necessary.

No. Ecchi is a no-no in a girl manga. Only for guy anime and manga. I despise ecchi and avoid any anime/manga that contains it. There are special cases where I do read some though, but I skip those parts.

Tragic ending: really bad idea, bad idea but tolerable, okay idea, good idea, great?

I usually don't like Tragedies, but if it's got a well drawn out story line with a good tragedy then its fine . If it's a manga with a goo storyline but bad tragedy ending then I totally wasted my time reading that manga. If it's got a bad story line....then...well I wouldn't read it at all. :)

Should the main character be cute and moe or strong and smart? Plain or pretty or beautiful?

No to cute and moe. I hate it very much. She can't be stronger (physically) than the main guy. It's fine if she's smarter though ;). No to plain, it annoys me when plain girls gets the most popular guys. It's rare to see that happen in real life. :/ She's got to be pretty or beautiful
