well, there's a drama...one litre of tears, which focuses on a girl who has an uncurable disease...but if you're looking for more romance-y stuff, then i'm not sure

you could search it up sometime, but i don't know if they still have it online though...

Theres the drama Koizora, but its a different cast. Also I do not think that Hana Yori Dango is in any where similar to this movie. First of all, it was a happy ending, with no rape, pregnancy, miscarriage, and death, so please get that notion out of your head. kthanxbai.

Well, it's not actually the same and it's not a drama series either, but if you mean the part in Koizora where the boy almost gives everything for the girl, then I recommend this movie. *It's not asian btw (movie from USA) , but you'll love it^^

i agree with you kawaii77! a walk to remember is really similar in someways... except for the pragnancy, miscarriage.... but about true love it's really similar. the only difference is that it's the girl who's dying.

how about Zettai Kareshi? I mean it's a that-lets-you-cry-drama. And it's also about true love...

i think the korean movie a moment to remember.. it's really really a tear jerker.. i love it..

mmm..I haven't watched the drama hana dori dango but the manga pissed me off...just because there is love in there doesn't make it similiar..I mean the guy treated her like dirt and still expected for her to think that she has some sort of prize for being with him...I would recomend Virgin Snow and as for drama's goes 14 year old mother with the same guy in this movie is pretty good too!
