Who is the scariest horror villain?

ahaha i remember watching a tv show of ppl doing pranks in jap. It was in a classroom full of students(a huge classroom) and one accomplice dressed as a student went inside and put a video tape or somethin to play it on the tv. And after a while, students obviously looking at the tv (the centered well scene.ahahaha).The tv is placed on a table covered with table cloth i think.then after a min or 2, Sadako appeared ahahha..sigh* if only i remember the video link..it was so funnnny^..whole class was panicking until som1 said it was just a prank.
