the previous one I think...
it was drawn better if you compare it with this...
but I think I'll just continue watching this, it's still a good anime and maybe it'll be diffrent after a few episodes^^

If we're only comparing the anime style between the OVA and the TV series, then I would say it's a "no contest." Animation production between an OVA and a TV series are two different levels with different goals.

OVA production involves far less complications than TV series production, that's because of the creative nature of an OVA, as to a corporate sponsorships nature of a TV series.

For an OVA, the production is mainly handled by the animation studio. The direction is clear and there's no worry for a deadline, as there's no schedule airtime needs to be met. That also explains the lack for sponsorship, since the studio doesn't need large capitals to pay for broadcasting its title.

When it comes to a TV series, the animation studio may still has the same budget for an OVA production, however since the series was aimed for broadcasting on national television, it needs huge capitals to sit aside just to purchase a time slot at the TV station. This is were corporate sponsorships come in. They will finance the production at the condition of the animation studio will comply with their demands for the TV series; that can amount itself to several demands, each from as many as 4 to 5 business corporations. This results a long & tedious planning process, at the cost of reduced production time for the TV series.

This is why you can't compare OVA with TV series when it comes to production value; it's trivial and futile to do so.

I like this one better They look more innocent and cute, really suits their age better. It even makes a 19 year old person like me enjoy the cuteness and humour in this anime.

I agree. The style really suit them better and also making the ecchi jokes more shocking and noticable because the maturity of the jokes really contrasted the child like ness of the illustration. I like the TV version better but the only thing that this version lacks more than the OVA is a proper character introduction. After watching the first episode I had to watch the OVA to get know the characters and that's what killed my enjoyment of watching the TV version because most of the jokes in the OVA are recycled in this version *sigh*.

I like the OVA animation better. But this one has Bible Black faces! That and more jokes that weren't in the OVA.
