Vampire Knight came out right as the crunchy system got the overhaul here . That is one of the main factors in it being the crunchiest . The main factor being this site is an oddity in itself . It's been about a year since a ton of licensed anime ended up removed , and since that time the female population has had a bigger majority here . That itself shows the oddity of this site . I wouldn't be surprised if females outnumber males here , yet in the real world , males largely outnumber female anime fans . There is only 1 shojo in the top 30 for anime profits , which takes into account everything . That is Sailor Moon , and even that is barely in the top 30 . And to the person who said VK will sell well on dvd's in Japan . That is a pretty big falsitivity . Like in America , shojo also do not do well when it pertains to anime . At least not in comparison to their shonen and seinen couterparts . Girls in Japan are much more into manga . |
