err, looks like your browser lets everything go through because, i don't get any pop ups, so i've been accessing cr without proxy, and all i get are the normal google ads and a few others, but other than that i don't really notice "them", plus you can always get ABP(adblock plus for firefox) so that you can exterminate all of those ads.

also, i've been accessing cr via the server tor, and amazingly it filters every single ads. i DON'T have any ads, i've set this up just for my firefox, and can turn it off any time if i want to watch videos(with the proxy/tor server, it takes ages to load a video), but for the forum, profile viewing, and chatting it is rather cool. not too fast not too slow.

here is my tutorial how to install foxyproxy and tor:

Well, there is a way, and that would be to access it via the server Tor, which is of course completely for FREE, unless you feel like donating.
I am going to explain it for you with firefox. If you don't have firefox, then download the newest version of it (that is if you have XP, Vista, as for the older systems the newest one won't be compatible with the old OS any more).
The following link will lead you to the website mozilla.com, where you can pick which language you want your firefox 3.0.3 in, and of course for what system. So, pick the right one from the list that this link will provide you with. The link ~ http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html

Now that you've installed firefox 3.0.3, you should download an add-on for firefox, it's called proxyfoxy
Here is the link that will lead you directly to the site where you can download it ~ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2464

Now your firefox is ready, but one thing is of course missing, and that is the installation of Tor.
Here is the link, where you can download it ~ http://www.torproject.org/download.html.en
You will pick the stable download as the unstable one could have bugs, but if you don't mind that, then, of course you can download the unstable version.

Once you've downloaded it, all you will have to do is start your firefox, and go to tools --> FoxyProxy --> Use proxy Tor for all URLs

Done. Now you can anonymously surf through the web, yes, even access websites where an ISP ban is active, or stream videos from country banned websites.

Now, the joke starts here. Since it is all for free, the streaming speed will immensely decrease, so if you have already a rather slow streaming/buffer speed, then...this would be literally BS, because I doubt that you want to wait more than 10 minutes for just 2 minutes of the video, which would mean that if you wanted to watch a video that has around 60 minutes then you would have to wait around 300 minutes=5 hours...that is if I didn't fuck up the calculation. lol

but for simply accessing the forum, posting, quoting, viewing profiles, going to the cr chat, etc. it's fast enough

it's perfect if you just want to access the forum, chat, and profiles, and the good part is that you can turn it off any time with a simple right-click, if you feel like watching a video and want faster streaming, where from the menu you'll see foxyproxy - completely disable foxyproxy.

hmmm, well, if normal firefox did already slow down your bandwidth O_O...i'd rather say that firefox slowed down the processing of your pc..and not the bandwith..>.> anyway, with the foxyproxy and tor it will slow down even more...

anyway, i believe that you can also use the tor server via IE...but i never use IE...so i don't really know how O_O maybe just get an adblocker for the browser you are using..
