In the manga, he stayed outside her room the whole time when she was sick (at that time, he wasn't a vampire yet, so he did not have Kaname's blood inside of him.) Also in the last chapter, he didn't want to kill Yuuki because of Yuuki. He wanted her dead because she was a pureblood. He didn't kill her though. He saw Yuuki looking at him, and couldn't kill her. He also kept on telling Yuuki that he would never let her become a vampire, because he didn't want her to suffer like he, and the other vampires, have to.

I mean what will be with Zero? He is one of the main characters and he´s since the 1st episode in love with yuki( it´s the same with her she´s since the first episode with kaname-sama in love) but it took a lot of time for him to realize that and i also think that yuki also have feelings for zero .. but not as a little brother !( I don´t think that she draw him as decoration?! ) If it´s just brotherly when why did the "Kiss" confused her that much ( in the manga she seemed a little bit more confused as in the anime ) and she wouldn´t blush ??? And she also said in an episode : "I´m scared ... but why? Why i´m not afraid if zero is drinking my blood `? Zero lick it ! blush She´s always blushing DAMN IT!!!! I´m so confused!
