DING DANG DONG..

please take you seats so we can start the first danish lesson :)

each week i will put some more words in, but you can just ask me if there are something you dont know, then i will do my best to help..
danish i one of the hardest languages in the world one of the reasons that it has soft D's wich it hard to say for many.
I will start with some of the words that is used alot:

Good morning: God morgen

Hello: Hej

Good evenig: God Aften

Nice to meet you: Rart at møde dig

Thank you: Tak

Im sorry: Unskyld

Goodbye: Farvel

See ya: Ses

Teacher: Lære

Student: Elev

Table: Bord

Chair: Stol

Yes: Ja

No: Nej

Now to persons

I: Jeg

You: Dig(dig isnt used very offen when you speak to a person but insted Du is used)

He: han/ ham

She: hun/hende

It: Det (in Det you cant hear the t so its pronounced de)

We: vi

They: De (De is pronounced Di) (De is also a very polite way to say du, but de isnt used that way that much anymore)

Them: dem

Sensei! How do you say "sensei/teacher" in..Dansk? How do you proncounce the words? Good Morning is..Good Mor-gen? Or..Gud Mor-gen or..God (as in the English word "God") Morg-en?

Teacher= lære and is pronounced lä-re(you dont put it after the name as in japanese.) I forgot to mention when you say ø in dansk its the same as ö and æ is ä. å is aa :sweatingbullets:
God morgen is said as God (o is said like the o in one. and the d is soft so you cant really hear it) Morg-en.

Møde is pronounced Mö-de(the d is soft but you can hear it and it sounds like the).
Unskyld is pronounced Un-skyld

Mine is pronounced Min-e (e sounds like øhh/öhh ( if you don't understand just ask))
