So what was the first amv you ever made?

Some of my first were for Inuyasha, Witch Hunter Robin & Naruto.
My tastes have since changed

My oldest is a Naruto one.
I think I made it sometime in 2003/2004. I don't have it on CR but i uploaded it a while ago on youtube because my original account was deleted. I lost interest in Naruto after the last arc used in this amv (the one where they go to find the new hokage).

not bad for ur first video.

here's my first amv. i used windows movie maker and at the time i didn't know i could zoom in and shorten the clips by tinier pieces otherwise it would have synced up a lot better lol.

it's about Kira Yamato from Gundam Seed

I started by using adobe premiere but lost patience with it... and then used windows movie maker. haha my first videos are pretty crappy because of premiere imo.

You know its not the programs that make you good its how you use it.

Its takes alot of time to learn mood and sync. To be honest, if l redid my first amv it would probably be my best for some reason. You learn alot over time and hanging with people that edit as well.

^ ^ true that, krew.
But the reason my first amvs with adobe sucked was because the program used up too much ram on my computer, causing my program to lag and timing to be off most of the time. The rest of the flaws were just my own inexperience

XD I did this a way back and the making of the AMV, since I haven't figured out splicing which I did the alternative which was screenshot the keyframes and make them through animation shop pro along with paint shop pro to save as .jpg.I used windows video maker It took like 2 weeks for the screenshot and animation making rendering from my old computer till near frozen. Then another week for putting the scenes in the right places. Thankfully it went well. I forgot to add that it was me and my brother that collab on the direction of the AMV. good times...good times...

My first amv was made about 6 years ago. My friend introduced me to WMM (the old one...the really old one with the greenish color scheme). The first amv I made used a variety of gif images (you know, the "moving avatar" images). Yeah.....it had no organization what so ever. Hey, I had really slow internet back then so I couldn't download any episodes or have access to any video files. Yup. It was truly a ghetto amv. After that my friend took pity on me and gave me some dragonball z video clips and a good song so I made tons of dbz amvs. Unfortunately, one day my hard drive crashed and I lost everything. So I quit making amvs for a long time......until I got high speed internet. Then I remembered amvs and that I could download stuff now. So I got into it again and I've uploaded everything that I've made since then. That's my amv story.

Its been quite a long time ago since I made it.
Despite making others, I think this was my best one anyway.

dont even want to talk about my first one its too embarassing.

heres the story of a random editor's first amv:
when i first found out i can edit stuff on WMM i was overjoyed and excited since i have seen tons of AMV online. so the next day i skipped school and spent the day just editing, at 5 o'clock my first amv was done and i posted it online with much enthusiasm.(excuse my poor spelling} 3 hours later i was huddle in a corner after recieving 30 comments all saying it sucked like hell. after that i stopped for a while and got into it again. the end.

This amv was SUPPOSED to be my first but I lost everything as u know it. This is the first layer of editing-
http://www.filedropper.com/riot
(Note: It last for 50 seconds, overall, the video is not very good since it's only first layer editing, the quality seems bad as well)
