I don't know why but I did). All you have to do is type the form up and either post it up here or PM it to Yashura-chan. POSITION - DESCRIPTION Creator - person who created the group, or given the authority of the person who createed the group (allowed to edit everything) Sub-creator - a position below the creator. Allowed to edit MOST things (everything BUT Editing group positions, editing Subtitles and moderating members) Moderator - Third below Creator. Allowed everything BUT: Mod wall posts, editing subtitiles, moderate members and editing group positions Group Helpers - NOT allowed the following: Mod Wall Posts, Edit Subtitles, Edit Group Positions, and Moderate Members Group Translators - NOT allowed the following: Mod Photos, Mod Wall Posts, Mod Forum, Edit Group Positions, and Moderate Members Graphics designer - POSITION WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON ____________________________________________________________________________________ JOBS Creator: Moderating everything, from members to Wall posts to pictures and improving the group with graphics/contests/news/games Sub-Creator: Moderating things from wall posts, to pics to forum posts to group info and improving the group with graphics/contests/news/games Moderator: Moderating less than Sub-Creator from things like forums to pics to group info and improving the group with graphics/contests/news/games. Group Helpers: In charge of looking at the forums whenever its possible and updating the news there and making it more recent and helping with improving activity in this forum with games, contests and such. Also the "editors" of the group. Group Translators: In charge of going to different websites and translating information from Korean/Chinese/Japanese to English. Also in charge of creating subtitles for the group's videos (optional). Graphics designer: POSITION WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON ___________________________________________________________________________________ Requirements for each position: Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show Sub-Creator: Experience in Moderating, knows a lot of information about SM Entertainment, is organized and has good people skills and is commited Preferred experience: Knows facts about each group and maybe a little bit about each group member. Knows how to search for information. Moderator: Knows a good amount of information about SM Entertainment (enought info. to write about a paragraph or two on each group), organized, has good people skills and is committed to anything. Preferred experience: has heard atleast one of each group/artists' songs (or most of the groups/artists) and knows a little bit about most of the groups (enough to write one paragraph on two of the groups) Group Helper: good organizational skills, good with grammar and spelling (for editing purposes) and can think of ideas for activities Preferred Experience: knows how to search for information and is commited to his/her job in this forum Group Translator: knows how to work the subtitles option in Crunchyroll, knows either Korean/Japanese/Chinese and knows how to write and read in it. Preferred Experience: Knows more than one of the above languages. Knows other languages such as French and Italian. Has accurate translations.
