nope it's going to be again the same titles as here only with the re- infront. So it will be created a mirror effect. It's going to be : e-r-u-t-u-f (re-)f-u-t-u-r-e

SHAFT is always unpredictable. Tricky, tricky. I used to really, really see potential for KuzexMizuki arc, but since he's dying... it feels like all there is left is for him to waste away in unbearable agony until he dies. Ugh. That sucks. YuuxYuuko arc has been very intense, but however I look at it... I am always impressed by this series. I hope it ends satisfyingly. I think it's cool how the episode titles are now "re-" because it makes sense that events from the past are overlapping and open to the present. Marvelous. I thought it would spell "ebullient future" backwards too.

Don't just think that this series sucks if you don't know the story behind it. It's both a prequel and a sequel. Just like memo, there're two stories. First, the relationship between Yu and Yuuko and their past. Remember the last episode of ef memo, they showed Yu and Yuuko meeting in the church after some time. So I guess the ending might continue from there. Well for the second story, it is the development between Mizuki and Kuze. There won't be much about Chihiro and Renji since their major part in the series is alreay over, which is in ef memo. There is also another side story, in my opinion. The side story is about Kei and Kyousuke, and maybe Chihiro as Chihiro and Kei met after being separated for a long time.
Simply put,
Yu / Yuuko;
Kuze / Mizuki;
& maybe Kei / Chihiro or Kei/ Kyousuke (side story)
Maybe you can go wiki the series up and look for info there.

EDIT:
Kuze is not suffering from personaility disorder, but a problem with his heart, which he revealed himself that he suffered a heart seizure during one of his concerts. Thus, this led to him having many personailities, which he referred to as masks, in order not to be pitied by people just because he's gonna die. He also seems to be insane due to the fear of death, which he had been lying to himself that he was ready to die. Nagi is not Kuze's girlfriend, she was just acting as his fiance to prevent Mizuki from getting any closer to Kuze. Kuze likes Nagi in the past, but at that time, Nagi likes Yu.

I don't think Yuuko is Akane. Yu & Amamiya(the art teacher) both lost a sister in the earthquake and coincidentally, both of their sisters have similar features as Yuuko. The real reason why Yu didn't keep Yuuko is not really known, but for Amamiya, I think he wanted to have someone to replace his dead sister and you could see that because of the loss of his sister, he could not draw or paint and every time he does so, he would abuse Yuuko just to vent his anger.

For the 1st 6 episodes, it was e-r-u-t-u-f, like many said, Kuze was counting to his time of death and the title of episode 7 was, reflection. Maybe the re may mean restart? 'Cause at the end of episode 7, Kuze reveals that he still wanted to live which could a sign of moving on or hope for the future since he was "prepared to die" in the 1st 6 episodes.

That's what I think. :/

good idea -especially if someone considers the optimistic feeling of memories and the last episode's title, which will probably be " for ever" as well as the op title :ebullient future
but IMO it serves also to create the mirror effect (think of the 2 otowa- the one reflection of the other and that the series underlines the effect that our past has in our future- when you look at yourself in the mirror you ponder at the past sometimes, ponder about your essense that is essential for moving on)
Perhaps I overanalyze things, haha

Looks like the title of episode 12 will indeed be "forever". And looks like the title to Yuuko's song is "A moon filled sky.", which has been used in episode 11.
