prosthetic hand? maybe.
what i think is that since Saji found out that it wasn't the true Celestial Beings who messed up Louise, he's gonna join CB.

i'm not really sure why Louise is in the military. maybe it was her promise that she and saji were to meet up in space in the future and maybe this is the path she took? o.o but for one thing, we certainly know that she's a new and inexperienced trainee.

maybe Saji and Louise will have some sort of dramatic confrontation, since they might be enemies later in the series. interesting.

what do you guys think?

well, i suppose there would be two ways to get into space. one would be as a civilian engineer which is what saji did, and the other is louise's way which is as a military pilot. hand's mostly prosthetic or cybernetic since it was specifically stated in the first season that they would not be able to regrow it.

and yes, they most likely will have some sort of confrontation.

i doubt it.
saji seems to be a bit more stable, and i don't see him as a gundam meister now that they're recreating the original roster. he'll most likely be an engineer aboard the ship, or maybe a civilian agent like wang liu mei.

Saji will try to save louise (she looked like she had amnesia). But by the time she's already been 'sinful' and went hardwired. Saji will kill louise out of mercy and love for her.

So this means killing Louise is inevitable. Well, not that she looks normal to me now -.- She seems better off dying than suffering like that frequently -.-

I think Saji will die protecting Louise, Saji will ask Louise to drop her gun to stop fighting, that's what the holding hand part in the ending shows, but she'll refuse and since she's not used to fighting she'll be in danger as one point and he will protect her and die. That's what I think. Or it will be a happy ending for them who knows. I hope for the later though. I want Saji to have some happiness

"Is it ok just to live in your own peace?" while so many innocent people were being arrested, murder in cold blooded just because they want and desire their freedom? I believe that its time for saji to see the true himself. If he is not involved, then Louise would ended up either killed by Celestial Being or other resistance forces during her engagements. If he choose to involve in either way, from piloting MS or being a member of anti-A-LAWs resistance movement, Saji still had to except that the present Louise was no longer the one he used to know or remember. Let hope that Saji did not require to finish Louise personally, although it would be a catch if both of them ended up in piloting mobile suits and engaged each other in the battlefield.

Did some of the posters even watched the first season attentively. They are only 4 Gundams with GN drives (?) and it was clear after the 1st episode that all 4 of them had theire pilots still with Setsuna recruiting Lockon's twinbrother. So no way that Saji has ever a chance to be a pilot cause they won't be able to make a 5th Gundam. My guess he joins as an engineer or any other job that he can fill in. I do think he'll join them though I'm more interested in some Marina - Setsuna action now she's on board then Saji & Louise.

Well Louise, it was clear that she was the blond person in A-laws. I guess she'll become Saji's Marie if he joins celestial being. To difficult to guess what's going to happen, it's to soon to put a real death flag on her. It's going to be interesting seeing her reunite with Saji though. I'm wondering the same as that dude in ep 1 though, what's she even doing in A-laws.

There were 5 gundams collectively in season 1.
Virtue, Dynames, Kyrios, Exia, and 0 Gundam.

When season two started, the solar furnace from Exia and 0 Gundam were taken to make the 00 Gundam. Exia no longer exists, so Saji won't get Exia.

Well after reading every post here I might as well give my $0.02.

If anybody noticed in the ending theme, there was this one scene at 22:37 with 2 hands. The one hand that was holding the other hand had the necklace with the ring through it (me thinks thats saji's hand) and the other hand was holding a gun (definitely Louise's). Now if you guys pay close attention, Louise's hand wielding a hand symbolizes her in the military and the use of violence, while saji's hand was holding her's symbolizes him trying to stop her.

Furthermore, if you pay even more closer attention to the details of that scene Louise's hand is her left hand and she actually has a ring too!!!!

I think judging from that scene, it hinted saji will (like everyone said) join CB and try to stop Louise from this violence or he goes back to civi and stop her from there, which is pretty much impossible cause ep1 pretty much explained hes a fugitive now :S. On Louise's end, I think since Gundam 00 is by no means considered a dark anime, Louise will die or at least dragging saji along to her death bed. The ring on her finger must've mean she still remembers saji and still loves him. However, Louise is in so much pain now it'll drive her crazy to love him at the same time tries to kill him since hes (hopefully) in CB.

Bottomline: Do i smell ShinXStella or what? No matter what you say, the symptoms and hints shown from the first 2 eps hinted alot of stella personality here :S And yes, I'm putting my money on Louise dying one way or another even though i really want her to live through the series too. The question of saji dying is still a mystery, but i wouldnt be surprised if he dies before, with her, or after. That possibility is really high.

PS - I think it's Louise's real hand thats for sure. Look at it this way, when they discovered her hand couldn't be regenerated due to the particles from the throne gundam, that was before the world got their hands on fake GN drives. Now that they have it, what makes you all think they don't conduct research on it and figure something out?

Your point beeing? It's just like I said, theire ain't a Gundam for Sanji even available. Or you want to discuss the amount of Gundams they had and count a Gundam that was not operatable for the whole season. Well discussing it is irrelevant anyway.
