Hehehe. My cousins support Sunderland and they're from Consett, where most people support Newcastle.

hah, poor John Terry - well gutted.
heh. Penalties are always sad times.

Yeah, feeling sorry for Drogba though, a red for what doesn't even count as half a slap, but i swear Vidik provoked him didn't he? Couldn't see clearly as just about everyone was trying to get in on the action. Any Man U fans here?

^ Moi!

But I'm not really a dedicated football fan and only watched about 3/4 of the game and the penalties.

xD Of all times to fall and if he scored Chelsea would've won And! I never knew lads took football quite so seriously. My brother nearly attacked the TV and the whole buildup to the game took forever.

Yeah but Manchester United always win, it's boring and most of their supporters are glory supporters. Plus they've already won the champion's league twice. Really, I don't like either team but I prefer most teams over Manchester United.
Plus, Christiano Ronaldo is a good footballer, but can be very annoying- he does about 10 stepovers and gets nowhere and he also dives everywhere. That penalty he missed was because he tried to act smart and stop as a feint. If Manchester United had lost because of him I would have been loving it.

I'm a dedicated football fan, supported my team through thick and thin, getting a season ticket for next season and I've actually been to my teams games. I would watch my team on telly, but the only channel that does championship down to league 2 is sky sports and I have virgin media, and my parents won't pay for sky sports because they're tight and they don't want to get the channel just for that and soccer am even though they like the same team and would like to watch them on tv most likely
