The worst in my opinion, are the people that sit in class and feel the need to YELL across the classroom any thought that comes to their mind. Its hard enough to stay focused on a subject I already dislike!

The whole school system and structure is completly broken and retarded in my opinion, you're forced to learn subjects you absolutely hate and will not need in a lifetime, yes, basic math and grammar should be obligatory, but some shit is just random, and let's face it, the great majority of schools have all its teachers and employees pretty fucking miserable, there's a few exceptions of teachers that actually like teaching that are so rare that even inspire you to actually pay attention,i don't blame them though, they don't get paid enough

It teaches zero creativity, there's barely any support on someone that wants to have an artistic career, and you're thrown into this stupid system where your intelligence is measured by some random information that most of you couldn't give two fucks about, i think that you can't measure one's intelligence simply with a test, because, a kid that's in school nowadays, may be the next Picasso, but just because he doesn't give a shit about math, in a school system he's considered dumb, he's considered a person that lacks preparation to advance on to the educational ladder and become a grown up, i think the whole system should be brought down and re built

I agree with you. You explained these things very well.

I don't think it SUCKS. It's just not my favorite place in the world. But one of the worst things about school is strict teachers.

Science is on the side of every high school student who hates getting up early (I know I did).
Here's a little news story about it:
http://www.nbcnews.com/health/kids-health/let-them-sleep-docs-want-later-school-times-teens-n186976

Teenagers naturally fall asleep later in the evening (after 10 or so) and need about 9 hours of sleep, so starting schools early just does not make sense.

This information can be used to pressure school districts to change school start times.

Why isn't all of the above an option? Seriously, knowing you aren't going to use most of what you learn is horrible. Add on a school uniform, homework and bad teachers and you get hell

I feel as though I can summarize the state of the education with a very simple example. I can score in the top 1% of the nation for fitness exams and still flunk P.E class for not dressing out. The issue is simply that schools have no interest in applicability. There is so much importance placed on the significance of data it has actually created it's own class of learning. You can hardly say most places educate you. Education is learning data to apply to in a field of study, but it has been so skewed that what you receive in a school is nothing but simple "schooling." It is the art of receiving data your forced without any thought of applicability.
Honestly, seeing as how most people abhor the idea of attending school, it's in plain sight that they are doing it wrong. But the system of schooling was designed long ago, much like how factories operate. Don't expect anything to change though. An actual educational system would cost the government money they don't want to spend, especially if the end result is a smarter population. Where would they be if the people in America actually knew how a government is supposed to operate!?

University sucks. You pay A LOT of money for a degree, and you aren't guaranteed a job. You have to be studying all the time, and your fate lies on the TAs and profs you have for classes. Also, the subjects are hard and dry,
