So I got tired of going to the gym, and instead I bought my own tread climber. And wow, you had to assemble and connect most parts. =_= Very tedious and tiring. However, after all those work, the hydraulic cylinders are not working, and when I called Nautilus, no one is around.

So, does anyone of you own a Bowflex? Or any sort of a treadmill?
(What type or model?)

Did you ever had problems with the hydraulic cylinder (or any)? How did you solve it?

Discuss anything Nautilus-Bowflex related.

too lazy to work out at home, and even if I did work out I'd go for Pilates which helps with both flexibility and strength instead of a muscle machine.

My Gastrocnemius muscle is always rock hard with or without exercise.
My penis is also rock hard.
Also, doesn't doing squats work your legs?
I suggest doing squats while on top of some guy.

I'm against any home gym system; they won't work without proper knowledge of fitness, and they never tell you the whole truth behind their invention. It's an ideal setup to prey on those who are less fortunate.

Here's a link from HowStuffWorks about hydraulic system: http://science.howstuffworks.com/hydraulic1.htm It should explain your question in layman's term
