hmm,,,i don't think it should be a reason ,,,if you read the manga, to make their (vampire's) family linage last long,to keep the bond,they marry their own relative,,,specifically their own brother or sister,,,their parents where also sister and brother,,,so it's only natural for them,,,

as for the question,,,i hate yuki a bit,,,her character is always over powered,,she's the protagonist yet her character is very weak,,,it's like she isn't build up or something,,,but then again,,this series wouldn't be that interesting if we have someone who is too powerful neh? she'll over power the others more and make the series boring or average,,,i'll just hold on to that fact
