It's only bad if you overdo it to the point of injury. Most people will rest at least once a week in order to allow their muscles to develop better - rest is very important while body building. If your workout isn't too intense, and your body isn't frail, then there shouldn't be a problem with everyday workouts.

I've been working out every single day for the past 3 years, haven't found anything wrong with me...

MY left hand gets a workout about every 30 minutes.
It seems pretty healthy to me.
I prefer to do 1 set of 200 tugs.

If you exercise the same muscle repeatedly it is bad, because they dont have the time to heal.
especially in case of weightlifting when your rip your muscle and then you have to let them heal so they can get bigger and stronger.

Although a light workout everyday, is never a bad thing

Its actually pretty bad, well t depends n what your doing. Id recomend cardio like running or maybe yoga one day. The next day to wight lifting, stuff like pushups, curls, bench pressing. And one day a week play a sport like football maybe soccer, or tennis. And that would be a really good work out routine. But that also takes up a lot of time, especially the sports. When lifting weight, make sure to not work the smae muscles every day. Switch it up, do legs one day and upper body the next giving your muscles time to rest.... With all that theres no way youll be injuring yourself...unless you fall or something

no i would work out every day if i can but i'm to lazy

I heard that is better to work out every second day, and not every day straight in a row. It's hard on the body or something.

You just have to stagger it probably. Work on some parts one day, different parts another. So long as you practice careful moderation, it can only help you.

The body doesnt build muscles while you work out.
It builds muscles when you rest

i use to work out everyday but only lift weights on alternate days only.
i would jog for 30mins or more on the speed of 8km/hr without stopping.
after 5months i can freaking chit chat while doing that same speed without breaking much sweat and lost of breath.

weights on the other hand is different..over train and you could injure yourself....

i stop working out for 2 weeks and i put on 3kg...so once you start, you better maintain or the food you take in will turn right into fats if you dont burn it.

There is such a thing as working out to much to the point where you can pull muscles or dislocate things if you aren't careful. Buy thats not considered being "un-healthy".
